We ordered a product and they sent the wrong colour. When this was pointed out the order was collected and we were notified that the same product would be sent out again: the wrong colour. It was the people in the midlands that failed to resolve the order mistakes.

I had an excellent experience with Tile Mountain. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Delivery was quick and efficient, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
I’d also like to give a special mention to the team at the Basildon showroom – they were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend Tile Mountain to anyone looking for great service and quality products!

Easy to navigate website with excellent selection of tiles of various sizes, styles and price ranges to suit the majority of requirements.
Ordering was simple and delivery was rapid, making for an excellent purchase.

The samples I chose arrived within 24 hours.
Was easy to place my order and pay.
The delivery was tracked so very convenient and didn't have to wait in.

My online experience wasn't great and I ended up cancelling my order!!
I then got in contact with the Basildon branch who were excellent and very helpful.
Also, the delivery driver was very accommodating and delivered the tile pallet where I requested

I ordered a sample tile and arrived very quick

Went into store and the staff were very helpful. Ordered some samples which came very quickly. Once I had chosen the tile, my tiler sorted the order with Tony who also then helped me out with choosing a grout colour as I couldn’t get back into the store. Tony was the main person I dealt with throughout and he was always very helpful and even remembered who it was when I phoned to order more grout.

I received 7 out of 27 tiles chipped. When I called Basildon showroom to get a replacement they asked me to fill a form, which I did straightaway. Sam on the phone said if I haven't received a confirmation by 4pm to call them again. Unfortunately that was the case and during the second call Alfie from Basildon showroom dealt with my call. He ensured me they had process the replacement and I'll get the tiles the next day am. Despite me insisting on the fact that I had not received a confirmation by email and that was weird, he kept saying everything has been processed and I shouldn't worry.
Of course, the next day I received nothing. By 12pm I call back to Basildon showroom and the person on the phone didn't know how to handle the case and pass me on with logistics, who confirmed the replacement has not been processed! The earliest to receive the tiles would have been the following day, which was too late for me. They offered a refund for the 7 tiles, which I thought it was ridiculous but accepted as I couldn't get the tiler for a third day. Today, I get a refund for 50% of the original price of the 7 tiles, even more ridiculous! The unprofessionalism of this company is outrageous.

Great service when needed to adjust an order. Ordered tiles with adhesive and grout, my tiler asked to adjust the adhesive to a slower serting variety. Spoke to Fahad Habib who helped me adjust the order. Was very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you.

We went to the Basildon shop and were so impressed by the quality and prices of the tiles. The shop floor personnel were amazing , so helpful. Did not hesitate to order all my bathroom floor and wall tiles .We are delighted with the result and will not hesitate to recommend.Thankyou Tile Mountain!

Very helpful very pleased with service and the product

We were looking for flooring for the living room and visited the store and picked a floor tile and was given a price for tiles. We went back later when ready to get the job done and was met by the same employee who introduced himself and remembered us from before . I must say Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and a pleasure to deal with. Would fully recommend to others

Tiles are good quality and look even better installed, very happy with the look. I would have give 5 stars but lack of communication regarding delivery was poor.

Amazing service provided by Billie this morning. She was patient and so lovely. I walked in not knowing what tiles I wanted to go for. She has picked me out exactly what will match the bathroom I’ve just ordered. Thank you so much for assisting me today.
