Purchased premium Siberian larch (60x20x4000). Wood is spectacular, mostly knot free and planed to an excellent standard.

We ordered 1800lm of A grade Siberian larch from Timberulove. Saw felling grade timber was delivered. Timberulove gave no explanation when I sent photos of what they advertised Vs what was delivered.
The A grade larch we ordered was meant to be almost knot free, yet the product delivered had between 10-20 knots on some of the boards. We asked Timberulove to replace the awful looking cladding that they sent us with the A grade timber that we had ordered and paid for, but they said they couldn't. They picked the wood up the following day with no apology whatsoever for trying to pull a fast one. They have returned the money we paid them, so that's something.

This came the same day that I posted my review, so your response on Trustpilot is very misleading saying you can't find the order and don't know who I am!!. you know exactly who I am and what the order was.
Nothing I have said in my review is untrue. When I sent you photos of the wood that arrived Vs what we discussed and what you show on your website for this product, you said that because you gave a discount on the price, we got a lower quality product.
This is NOT what was ordered or paid for. I asked you if you could provide the product shown on your website that we paid for (after I called to say how incredibly unhappy we were with the quality of the cladding), you said you could not. I gave you an opportunity to put it right, but you decided not to.
I had to pay builders to protect your wood from the weather as you couldn't collect the same day and then be on site for the collection - this cost me £300 for nothing.

My review stands. You can be as polite as you like in your comms, but this doesn't change the quality of the wood cladding that you supplied and the way you tried to take advantage of your customer by delivering a far inferior product than was paid for.

I ordered some A-grade Siberian larch cladding and was unsatisfied with some of the lengts. The team addressed the issue and replaced them within two days. You don't see this type of service much anymore.

Friendly, efficient staff on the phone, Delivered as expected, perfect condition exactly what we ordered.

Really, really impressed with the customer service. Sorted me out to keep my project on track and to make sure that quality shines through. I ordered the Oak shadow board which is top quality and looks fantastic. Great support from start to finish and after sales spot on. Highly recommend.
