Hi guys I live all the way out on the Isle of Barra and these guys helped me all the way with finding me transport to get the lovely siberian larch to me safe and sound.
I had 120mm x 28mm T&G and being a joiner I wanted top grade timber and to be fair that's what I got. Due to my own fault I'm a few boards short because I've changed my designs so I needed a few more boards. These guys are very busy and there was going to be a 4 week wait but the helped me out massively as I begged for their help so I could get my second chalet rented out soon as. So they kindly helped me out and for which I am very grateful. I've built 2 chalets for holiday let's and when I built the next 2 next year I'll be going with them so thanks again guys for the help very much appreciated you have no idea.

Ordered some siberian Larch rainscreen. Delivery was slightly delayed due to current demand, but that was almost expected.
There were a small number of boards delivered that were sub standard quality but Timberulove sent replacement boards out within a week which was really helpful.
I'd definitely recommend them, great customer service!!

Couldn't ask for better service in the current climate. Larch cladding delivered to the North of Scotland on schedule. Lovely timber, in fact so pleased were we that we have ordered more for a further project.

I’ve always believed you can tell how good a company is by how far they go to make up for problems, and this company goes to the end of the earth to make things right.

I had initially placed an order a few months back for some cladding for a small project and was disappointing when they reached out to say they couldn’t find a courier to deliver to my location ( Isle of Skye) so they promptly refunded my payment.

A Few days later, they got back in touch to say they had found a courier willing to make the delivery and asked if I still wanted to take the order. Of course I accepted. A few weeks later and as agreed, a courier arrived with my order. The quality was good and all items were as expected. What I particularly liked about Timberulove is that you can specify the lengths of timber you want, other suppliers would only commit to an overall quantity but not the specific length of each piece. This allows you to calculate quantities quite accurately and avoid wastage. As a final bonus and an extremely generous gesture, because they had previously refunded my payment they delivered Free of charge. I’ve never experienced such services and I’m about to place another order confident that these guys do their best to make their customers happy.

Give this company a wide berth . I recently had the misfortune to place an order with these clowns they gave me a delivery date 6 weeks from order then never delivered. It took me a week to chase them down for them finally to give me an excuse that they were waiting on a particular part of my order , 3 weeks on from that conversation I still haven’t received my order and they don’t reply to emails . Fortunately I’ve found another supplier who is more professional . Avoid these cowboys and save yourself the hassle would be my advise .

After an initial glitch in communication, the company did a good job of rectifying this and delivered a decent quality product in a reasonable time frame.

I received fantastic service from the team at Timberulove, despite the extended lead times to the customer demand the team kept in regular contact and confirmed my delivery date as soon as they could. I'll be using them again in the future!

I would highly recommend Timberulove. I ordered Siberian larch 6”x6” posts 3m and 4m as well as some 2”x6” lengths. The order was handled promptly and delivered nice and quickly. There was an issue with one of the posts but the company handled this amazingly quickly, replaced like for like within 2 or 3 days which given the distance down to the south coast is very remarkable.
Would definitely use them again and was great quality wood as well.

First class service, ordered a quantity of larch shadow gap cladding. All delivered on time had a few not so good boards but Tadas had these replaced in a couple of days. Very pleased with service/quality and communication.

I think the last review seems a little harsh - I ordered a big quantity of Siberian Larch for a garden room in Guildford, Surrey. Tadas was very helpful and guided me in the types of fixings to use and the fixing process of the cladding. Also really knowledgeable on the wood and treatment/oils that can be applied to change the colour if desired. I was a little worried after reading the last review, but my cladding turned up this morning and it looks great. There was a slight delay but Tadas communicated this to me which was fine - I think with any raw material like wood there may be possibilities of delays. Delivery guy was very helpful and unloaded the wood himself..

Great value, superb quality and delivered on time.
I went for the shadow gap cladding which is quite a bit more expensive elsewhere.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was slightly worried .But credit where credits due I placed a order for over 600 pounds of Serbian larch battons and they were delivered on the date I was given so i can't complain . Good all round .

Bought some decking boards two times.

Always on time, great wood quality, my wife couldn't be happier about our back garden.
