I’ve used Timothyhay.co.uk for a very long time to sustain my four rabbits; they’ve always enjoyed their hay, I find it’s good quality, and we are especially happy since they switched to boxes rather than plastic bags. My most recent hay order however hasn’t gone down well with my rabbits; they all seem really unkeen to eat it and don’t really touch it. One rabbit has lost some weight and I’m almost relying on their fresh veggies and some pellets (they have access to unlimited hay of course but not eating a lot). Just wondering if other customers have experienced the same recently? I think I’ll have to buy either another box or get some from somewhere else it they won’t eat this! I saw another review said there were mites in their hay, so I may check for this.

Have been ordering orchard grass from TimothyHay for a number of years and we love it.

I have allergies and this hay doesn't affect me. The quality of the hay is far superior to anything we've used before and it's delivered exceptionally quickly.

AVOID… I recently changed to this hay after being recommended. I realised a few weeks after my guinea pigs were itching . They were all covered with mites . When I examined the hay clearer it was crawling with mites. It has resulted in stressed animals and as a adopter for RSPCA I wanted the best for my pigs. All this did was give me expensive vet bills to treat them. Appalled that a company who prides itself on providing best hay did this to my animals. As I said Do not buy and take the risk of infecting your animals

Bunnies love it.
Since being suggested to this seller my rabbits are so happy and eat loads of hay. Previously they would pick through and only eat the odd piece. Since getting this stuff they devour the lot.
Do your bunnies a favour and buy from here.

I've been ordering hay from here for a year now, the quality is consistently great and delivery is so quick. My rabbit loves this hay and can't get enough. Can't recommend enough and I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

I have just received my first delivery after seeing good reviews on a rabbit Facebook site. I ordered the 9kg pack of Timothy hay yesterday morning and it was delivered at 0930 this morning. From Stirling to Manchester. It comes tightly compacted in a polypropylene sack which is perfect as I will be storing indoors. The quality is so much better and cheaper then the commercial pre bagged stuff that I have been buying for months and my mini lop got stuck straight in as soon as it was put down for him. Many thanks. I will definitely be re ordering.

I've been buying from TimothyHay for a year now and never had any issues. My rabbits adore this hay, it's so green and the strands are so long and my rabbits have lovely healthy golden poops with this hay. On the few occasions where I've ran out before my next shipment has arrived, I've had to use shop-bought hay (Wilkos, B&M, Home Bargains) and the difference in quality is astounding. Shop bought hay has left my buns with dark poops, little interest in eating hay, and the hay from shops is always brown. TimothyHay is excellent value and excellent quality, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Ordered from this website several times now; extremely fast delivery, hay well packed and great quality; nice and green, long strands, smells amazingly sweet and grassy! No brambles/thistles which I've had problems with with pet shop brands. My rabbits love it and waste very little. I buy the 9kg bags and it lasts my two medium sized rabbits about 3 months.

Usually just buy Timothy Hay from the likes of B&M however with the Coronavirus lockdown I was looking online and came across this website. It was pretty much the same price as I was previously paying and included delivery. The hay arrived so quickly and is amazing quality. Thank you so much!
