Let me tell you about my fab experience (yet again) with Timothy Oulton, specifically with the most marvelous Rachael Hall. This woman is the epitome of perfection in the customer service arena. She spent an enormous amount of time resolving my problem and really "went to bat" for me, the customer. She has spent the better part of the year in doing so and has been dauntless, personable and effective. Above and beyond. Whoever employs this woman in the future will be super lucky to have her! (and I will be so jealous!).

We had a great experience one day last week at the Timothy Oulton showroom. A warm welcome from a lovely person called Rachael was just the start. With her knowledge, care and attentive manner helped to inform our decision.

Your patience and assistance throughout this entire process—from navigating the damaged crystals to working through the delivery challenges with the post office—has been exceptional.

Despite the complications with the store closure and all the logistical hurdles, you and your team went above and beyond to ensure we received the replacement parts we needed. The lighting fixtures now look absolutely stunning in our home, and we're thrilled with how everything turned out.

From the moment Olivia introduced herself to us we felt calm and relaxed. She gave us a tour of the store and shared ideas of what complimented what. She listened to our needs and gave great advice whilst showing us at the same time. We even were shown into an area that was being used for a team briefing so we could view products. All in all nothing was too much trouble. Olivia excelled at her role and really understood the ethos of Timothy Oulton's. The whole experience was exceptional and I cannot rate this highly enough.

Worked with Anaisa to identify the correct TO product range so I could extend a sofa I purchased in 2020. I had no info on the sofa & I’d bought it through Sofa Workshop so TO couldn’t help with order details. Through photos, measurements & a couple of phone calls, I’m pleased to say we did it! I’m about to order the 2 extra units I need & I believe that a large part of my decision has been the positive experience of working with Anaisa on a query that could have easily come to nothing for both of us.

I love the Timothy Oulton furniture and find it to be design forward, without sacrificing comfort. The shop on Kings Road sparks inspiration in their displays and the Timothy Outlon team, particularly Rachel, are excellent ambassadors of the brand - knowledgable and interested to engage in my design process.

She was thoughtful, patient, and meticulous at every stage—taking detailed measurements, providing helpful renderings, and carefully considering the proportions and requirements of my space. Her guidance made what was proving to be a difficult decision feel clear and well supported. A genuinely high level of service and attention to detail.
