Purchased various items for a kitchen…
Purchased various items for a kitchen renovation. Microwave was damaged with a clear internal crack. No damage to the box which had been stored away. Due to the nature of work with the renovations this was only established after the 30 day window. Pictures sent but I'm unsure why they requested these as they were unable to help and I was unable to change the item. Fridge was also scratched on one side on unboxing this so clearly there are logistic problems.

Not good, not only did the item was not available after I had placed the order I then had to email yourselves on the update on the item only to be told it was out of stock. You did not inform me I needed to contact you regarding the item

Wardrobe door not aligned.
The wardrobe arrived and after they had gone I noticed that the doors do not align properly, no matter how much adjusting they will not align so look odd - disappointed.

I ordered two aftershaves got one
I ordered two aftershaves on two separate orders. One arrived in a timely fashion, the second never arrived. I made contact to seek help, they said they would chase it up. I waited and waited, nothing. In the end I asked for a refund, which they did straight away. In essence I don't think Hughes were to claim I think it was the carrier.

Poor service
Unfortunately, after the est delivery date had passed, I had to chase up my order, When I spoke to customer services, there was an oversight and the product Id ordered was experiencing stock issues and wouldn’t be despatched (even though Id received notification from Evri that they were expecting it.)
Nobody thought to tell me my order was out of stock and that I wouldn’t receive my goods. It was left up to me to chase and ask for a refund.
