My wife and I switched to this dental clinic after moving, even though we were very happy with our previous dentist. In less than a year, we became victims of three inflated invoices. I have all the corrections and email exchanges saved — which speaks for itself.
We have now both moved to a new dentist to make sure this never happens again. What makes it worse is that Infomedics, despite knowing this happened to us three times in one year (and clearly to many others), simply washes its hands of the issue and becomes a complicit partner in this unacceptable practice.
I’m writing this review so at least someone else can avoid the same feeling of helplessness. Their 3.3 out of 5 rating should already be a serious warning sign for anyone considering this clinic.
