Similar to what I was expecting

I ordered what appeared to be a lovely chunky jumper it cost 55 dollars which I thought a little expensive but it looked good in the photo. When it arrived it was nothing more than a thin cheap looking tee shirt ( I have bought better on Temu for a few pounds!) The same day I emailed them as their return process requires you to get a code from them first(why??) They emailed back the same day asking for my order number which I sent back all on the same day. I have emailed them every day since asking for this number, as there is a very limited number of days to return it. No replies to my email. No doubt they will tell me in a few days that I am too late returning it. AVOID THIS FIRM!!

This company is the worst on-line shopping I have ever dealt with. I ordered two items totally the amount of about $84.00, which took almost four weeks to arrive. Neither item fit so I emailed the company to process a return. The first reply from Tluly stated they could reimburse me $24 and I could keep the items. I replied, no I wish to receive a full refund and mail the items back (and not mail to China, where these clothes came from!). They then offered me $36 and I could keep the items. Again, I refused and said I want a full refund. They then offered me $55 refund and I could keep the items. I finally agreed to this, BUT, they have only refunded me $19! This makes absolutely no sense at all. They advertise "Fast Shipping", "Easy Returns"...all a big lie. This company should be taken down for good. If I could give them zero stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, this company is not making clothes in the US. Everything I ordered came from China, and everything is of the most cheap quality I have ever seen. The beautiful blue dress that is in a lot of their advertising, and in the picture is all of one fabric is, in fact, made of two different fabrics, nylon on the top, and the Material on the bottom is the only thing that is close to being representative of the dress. The top is awful on the dressIt is made of nylon and a totally different color. And the little cute black dress is also of awful quality, and it’s all nylon and hideous. Please save your money, and do not order from this company! This is false advertising And this company should be shut down for that reason that it says made in USA and it most definitely is not!! Awful! Awful! Awful!!

The delivery was prompt and as stock fulfilled was as ordered. Thank you.

The sweater came when promised and I love it?

This company claims their clothing is made in the USA which is false! Their clothing is made in China. Which explains their no refund only replacement. I ordered 2 dresses and one is not even close to the color represented. I also ordered a swimsuit with short like bottoms, a brief bottom was sent instead. The items looked ok but I beleive this company should be boycotted since they claim " made in usa" Is a flat out lie. I don't appreciate deception not that I would not order from a Chinese manufacturer because I would. Took over 3 weeks for shipping. Very disappointed with quality also. Will not reorder and recommend this scam business with fake reviews be avoided.

The pieces I ordered were of relatively good quality and arrived after about 3 weeks. As I was ordering from Canada and the site showed them in Canadian prices I was shocked to see at checkout they had then been changed to American pricing which made my order 30% more. I will not be ordering from this site anymore

My wife was very happy with the sweater and it fits perfectly. Good value for the price.

All items were the correct size. They look the same as online.
Delivery was as predicted.

Loved both Outfits. The quality of the material was excellent. The Dress fit perfect the other outfit the pants were too big but the top was perfect. I have other pants I can wear with the top. Overall it was a win win for me!!

I placed an order on the 23/09/23 and followed up with emails as I had a question I needed answered. I have sent 4 emails to date and haven't had anyone get back to me.

Could someone from Tluly contact me. I hope this isn't a scam.

While the wait was a bit longer than anticipated, the dresses are soft, comfy, and I love the pockets.

Took 4 weeks to deliver. Ordered 3 items. Sizing was off and swimwear was flimsy. Website says easy returns. Sent email requesting return address. They offered to credit me $25 then $36 then $45. Final offer said they are in Dubai and I would have to pay shipping. They never did give me a mailing address. Won't order again. Horrible customer service and flimsy products. Buyer beware!
