urchased a G63 from Moh at TMT Motor Company. I was referred from a friend who had purchased many times from TMT and to be honest I was a little hesitant at first as I was used to purchasing from a main dealer. My perfect vehicle was sourced, financed arranged and handed over within 4 days!! I cannot recommend them enough. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and I am super happy with the new addition. Also I am not one to write reviews but this had to be shared! Class act.

Backing up my partner’s review — deeply disappointing experience with TMT Motor Company

I want to echo and support the review written by my partner about our experience with TMT Motor Company regarding the Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 S (KM73 AVU).

I personally spoke with Kris on Monday 6th October after being given conflicting information about the car’s supposed “recall.” During that call, I said honestly that I didn’t believe the vehicle had been recalled and suspected it had been sold to another buyer for a higher price. I made clear that if I was wrong, I would happily apologise — all I wanted was a simple confirmation email from Mercedes-Benz explaining the recall and the reason for the delay.

Kris repeatedly spoke over me, was dismissive, and although he said he would “try” to get the email, his tone made it clear he had no intention of doing so. I believe that’s because the recall story simply wasn’t true.

His manner was unprofessional and rude, and the whole situation has left me with no confidence or trust in this company. My experience fully supports what my partner has already said — buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with TMT Motor Company.
I do not make a habit of leaving negative reviews, but in this case I believe it’s important to provide an honest account for the benefit of other potential buyers.

I agreed to buy a Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 S (KM73 AVU) from TMT Motor Company on 28 September 2025, confirmed in a signed order form. I paid a £500 deposit and arranged to collect the car on 2 October, as it was having its wheels refurbished and a three-stage polish. I dealt with Moh Raza and Kris Noble throughout.

Unexpectedly, on 30 September, Kris advised that the car was booked into Mercedes-Benz Macclesfield on 1 October for a “health check.” On 2 October, he told me the vehicle had “passed the health check with flying colours” but that Mercedes required minor recall work. The parts, he said, would arrive by Friday 3 October or Monday 6 October at the latest. He asked me to rearrange collection for Tuesday 7 October, offering a full tank of fuel as a goodwill gesture.

I heard nothing further on the Friday, so I called on Saturday 4 October for an update. After several calls and promises of a call-back, I eventually spoke to Mo—around six hours later—who said there was “no update” and that Kris would call me on Monday.

On Monday 6 October, Kris advised that he had some bad news and claimed that “Mercedes had found an engine and gearbox mileage discrepancy” and that the sale was cancelled because Mercedes would not honour the warranty. This made no sense given the “flying colours” report just four days earlier. His responses were evasive and unconvincing.

I contacted Mercedes Macclesfield directly. They confirmed that they had never seen the car, had no record of any inspection, and had not received any vehicles from TMT for over two weeks—despite checking all their systems and confirming the registration.

A check of DVLA records showed that the registered keeper changed on 4 October, while TMT still held my deposit. When I confronted Kris with this and the Mercedes confirmation, he told me to “stop calling around everywhere” and even called me “anal.”

When you are spending over £90,000, any sensible buyer would verify facts—especially when the story keeps changing.

I later ran an HPI Check, which confirmed both the keeper change and a new finance agreement with BMW Financial Services dated 3 October 2025. This leaves no doubt that the car was sold to another buyer while TMT still held my deposit and order form.

When challenged, TMT refused to provide any Mercedes documentation, instead claiming my signed order form was merely a “viewing reservation.” and that I had no rights to see any proof. That is plainly false—the order form clearly sets out the vehicle, price, and agreed collection.

I have since received my £500 deposit back, but I am out of pocket for my number-plate retention, insurance costs, and business travel rearrangements caused by their shifting collection dates.

Both Moh Raza and Kris Noble lied, misled me, and then attempted to cover it up.
They have permanently lost my trust and any credibility as a “reputable” dealer.

Buyers, be warned — do your checks. TMT Motor Company cannot be trusted.

Would recommend 100%, sold my car to them and they were friendly with good communication and fast turnaround. No drama, thanks for an easy transaction.

Both Mo and Chris were top guys, very accommodating and made the process of buying the car and (switching all the documents number plates, V5 and tax) seamless.

Where shall I start , ok this was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've had a few, from the moment we texted about wanting to see the car they kept us informed asking the day before if we were still coming, this made me comfortable and so much so I messaged back the day of our visit to say I was running 15 mins late.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly smiles and a professional attitude, I was then amazed at the cars that hid within the showroom, the fact we were buy probably the cheapest car they sold didn't change their attitude towards us.

We felt so at easy and comfortable that we ended up buying the car without going to look at others. Kris gave us a more that fair price for our trade in and made our transition into our new car very smooth and worry free.

This was also followed up after the purchase with a message asking how we were getting on with the new car (this new car is a beast compared to our normal cars) .

We can't recommend highly enough how happy we are with our car and the level of service from Kris and all at TMT. Motors company
