I've worked in commercial solar for over 12 years, installing 100kW to 5MW C&I systems across the UK, and I've never dealt with a more unethical solar leads provider. TNW is associated with several websites, including SolarSurveys.uk, TNWMarketing.com and TNWEnergy.com. We urge Trustpilot to investigate why its review profile links to the apparently inactive TNWLeads.com instead of TNWMarketing.com. Could these multiple names and mismatched URLs be making it harder for customers to find their Trustpilot reviews through Google? Whether intentional or not, this creates confusion and raises concerns about transparency.

Sham company! Paid them 3.6k over 6 months ago to find some leads for us and haven't heard from them since. They promise a full refund if they don't do the work but then ignore all contact. Managed to speak to their Head of Accounts who said he left after 2 days as he realised they were just scammers. Do not send them ANY money, you will never see it again.

Paid $3,250 for five meetings—none delivered, refund still unresolved

As of October 22, 2026, I have received none of the five meetings I paid TNW Marketing $3,250 to arrange for my company, Southern Energy. I have not received a refund despite repeated attempts to resolve this.

On October 16, TNW replied to this review saying it could find no record of my payment, onboarding or correspondence. That response is inconsistent with the payment confirmations and onboarding emails I hold.

Here is the documented timeline:

• December 9, 2024: GoCardless notified me that TNW Marketing was charging me $3,250 for “5 Meetings.”

• December 10, 2024: The payment was debited from my bank account.

• December 11, 2024: GoCardless confirmed that my payment to TNW Marketing had been made on December 10 and was for five meetings. GoCardless later confirmed in writing that the money was paid out to TNW on December 12 and identified the merchant as TNW Holdings UK Ltd, formerly TNW Marketing Ltd.

TNW also onboarded my company. On December 9, 2024, I received an email from TNW’s company domain titled “Welcome Onboard Southern Energy!” It included an onboarding form, calendar setup instructions and an onboarding call link. On December 10, I confirmed that I had submitted the form and set up the calendar. TNW acknowledged my email on December 11.

None of the five meetings was delivered.

I subsequently sought help from my bank and GoCardless, but neither process resulted in a refund. I also contacted TNW directly, including through WhatsApp and email, and followed up several times.

On October 16, 2026, I emailed a formal refund request to the exact address TNW provided in its public reply. I included my company name and payment reference, as requested, and asked for a response by October 30.

On October 20, TNW requested further information through Trustpilot. I provided my name, contact details and payment reference that same day.

As of October 22, I have received no reply to my refund request and no refund. The October 30 deadline has not yet passed, but the original payment and undelivered service date back to December 2024.

My concern is both the failure to deliver the meetings and TNW’s statement that it cannot find records of a relationship documented in its own onboarding emails and its payment processor’s confirmations.

I retain the payment confirmations, bank record, debit authorization and onboarding correspondence and can provide them privately to Trustpilot for verification.

Based on my experience, I would not pay TNW upfront again. I would like TNW to review these records, explain the discrepancy and refund the $3,250 paid for the undelivered meetings. I will update this review if TNW responds or resolves the matter.

I have been consistently receiving high quality solar leads for the last two months as my company is making the transition from domestic solar and battery installations to commercial installations. I would recommend TNW to any company in the same position wanting to move towards commercial installations.

Been working with the TNW team since earlier this year, and since then, we've consistently grown every month (we literally went from 4 bookings/ month to 100 bookings/month). Would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to grow their business. Special shout-out to the whole team, who was always super responsive and switched on. Looking forward to see what the future looks like as we continue growing together!

TNW just called me, i searched their reviews while on the phone and read them back to them and thye hung up the phone, this is a scam cold calling agency. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE GUYS.

Avoid this company like the plague, they promise the earth, send you some leads that are utter garbage, then ghost you.

They took £6k off me and won’t respond to me.

Save your money and put it into Facebook ads etc, do not go anywhere near this company.

TNW Marketing have been doing a great job for our company in identifying and qualifying new opportunities for the services we provide. I am in regular contact with their team and they are our "additional BDM" without all the associated employment costs.

TNW provide us an invaluable service, generating great quality leads with a great ROI.

Their constant quality allows me to focus on growing the business, whilst ensuring we have constant revenue streams.

As an Installer transitioning from Domestic to Commercial solar installs, sourcing Leads is a very time consuming job, not only sourcing them but getting through to the decision makers of the Businesses so we can present a viable return on Investment. I threw good money at agencies promising appointments but then nothing happened and even worse they stopped answering the phone completely.

After finding TNW, again i was skeptical but the fact that the leads started coming through on Whatsapp in my target area within 10 minutes of signing up was amazing. these leads we were able to look at in detail before choosing if we wanted to take them. Full of information on the roof, electricity phase, what the customer was looking for , their energy spend, literally everything you would need to attend the appointment. They book everything in with the decision maker, I just turn up, survey the property, talk in greater depth to the customer about what they are trying to achieve and away we go to providing proposals. The other massive benefit is that there are several handlers, in my group Bryn and Georgia, which are there to assist with any queries, the responsiveness is almost immediate, Roman always has time to talk if needed making you feel that you aren't just sold the dream and passed on. The experience is personal, efficient and i cant rate them more highly.

Just had a cold call from this company. "This is Will from TNW". I didn't say much and waited for him to go first - he told me he was "following up" after I had a conversation with a colleague of his on 13th March about installing solar on my business premises.
1) This call didn't happen.
2) I don't own business premises.
3) I'm not interested in solar.
I politely informed him I had no intention of purchasing solar for business premises and he apologised before hanging up.

A little reading between the lines after some research suggests TNW illegally acquire phone numbers to cold call potential clients about whether they're looking for solar installs. They called my private mobile number, which I'm careful not to hand out. They probably wanted to see if I would bite so they could pass my details on to companies willing to pay them for my data. Definitely a GDPR breach here.

Do not use. Would like to see if the 5* reviews have actually been verified or if they are bots.

We invested a huge portion of our marketing budget on some leads from them. Their sales team were great to us and we were very impressed with them and how genuine they seemed. Initially they seemed very keen but we did have to chase for a few things and the initial 2 leads we received were not well vetted. One customer also mentioned being hounded by the sales team on the phone.

We put this down to initial teething issues, addressed them with TNW and felt we could try again. Alas, a couple of poor leads followed that were not warm - very much speculative then no more leads followed.

They had no problem getting in touch with us repeatedly when they were waiting for us to pay their invoice but suddenly went silent when we were asking for more leads.

Having not heard anything, I went through to contact them via the website to ask for a refund and then suddenly received another lead that was also no good. Then, again, nothing.

Turns out they have a no refunds line in their terms which I initially thought was weird but carried on regardless - should have listened to my gut! If you provide a good service you would be happy to refund if things aren't as promised.

6 months later we received a sales call from a new member of staff in their office asking if we had heard of them and would be interested in working with them!

DO NOT USE.

The person phoning me insisted she was following up on a previous sales call for commercial solar. I told her if someone had told her that, they were lying as I don't have a commercial premises, she told me I was rude and hung up. I would certainly avoid them.

The leads were delivered fast and were highly qualified. Just made 6 sales out of my first batch of 20 leads.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
If you work with them as a client they will take your money and not give you a single lead. If you work with them as an agent doing calls they will not give you salary. They are just a bunch of thieves and Roman will be the one taking your information as if you will undergo an interview however he will be the one beginning the stealing process. Please guys run away and whoever see this spread the word. DON'T WORK THERE.

Absolutely terrible! I havexasked numerous times to be taken off their database and yet the calls continue. Unprofessional and shocking hard sell tactics. Avoid at all costs!

We were promised multiple solar PV leads from this company and everything seemed great at the start with their sales pitch etc but in the end they just went silent and any "leads" they did provide were absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. A lot of money was paid as well for absolute no return. Be careful of this company.
