Great service from a local company

It is a shame it took you 18 months from my original post to reply - by which time Owen had left and you closed your Bangor office.
We ordered paving for our garden from the Bangor office, and were delighted with the process from start to end.
Owen was extremely helpful, and kept contact with us throughout the project to ensure all was well.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Poor Tobermore Products
Our front garden was laid with Tobermore products in Dec 2020. We were not impressed when first laid and we are even less so now. They chip easily, they discolour easily and although the paviours are all meant to be the same colour there are clearly 2 different shades in our garden which now looks very shabby. They were also not helpful when we contacted them to express our dissatisfaction. We cannot recommend their products and would suggest that anyone thinking of doing so should be very careful and perhaps ask to see gardens locally where their products have been laid. I'm happy to send anyone a photo of our front garden to show how it looks.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the finished look of your project. Whilst we have several factory procedures in place to help control shade, colour and texture within and between batches we cannot guarantee consistency 100% of the time.
We provide advice to all paving contractors and merchants on how to achieve the best colour blend with Tobermore products, we apologise that this wasn’t to your satisfaction. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the matter further.
