First off, Villa the white pearl was incredible. Provided an amazing view of the island with great rooms and plenty of space to hang out. What really seperates Tom Benzon is the concierge team. They helped us out with literally everything from transport to food to any questions/general help about the island. When I travel again to Ibiza, I will not hesitate to book with Tom Benzon, as they made the experience incredibly seamless and provided an amazing time for all of us. Thank you !!!

The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos – perfectly clean, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The entire booking process was smooth and professional, and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive at every step.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfectly organized, making the whole stay completely stress-free. I truly felt taken care of and able to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Every wish and Extra service i needed was taken care of - so i could enjoy a bbq with my friends and a yacht day aswell. the private chef was amazing aswell!

I would highly recommend this villa rental agency to anyone looking for a high-end, seamless, and unforgettable vacation. I will definitely book again!

Wir haben unseren letzten Ibiza-Trip schon über TOM BENZON Travel Agency organisiert und es war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Schon der Empfang vor Ort war super organisiert und sehr herzlich. Die Planung im Vorfeld lief total entspannt und jedes Detail war vorbereitet.

Unser Host hat sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts großartig um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Egal was wir gebraucht oder spontan angefragt haben, es wurde möglich gemacht. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier jemand mitdenkt und will, dass alles für die Gäste passt.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, ein Luxushaus mit Concierge-Service von Tom Benzon zu nutzen, und die Erfahrung war schlichtweg außergewöhnlich! Vom ersten Moment an wurde jeder Wunsch mit höchster Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit erfüllt. Der Concierge-Service war hervorragend und ging weit über meine Erwartungen hinaus – sei es bei der Organisation von privaten Events, der Reservierung von exklusiven Restaurants oder der Planung von maßgeschneiderten Ausflügen. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein wahres Meisterwerk: luxuriös, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit jeder erdenklichen Annehmlichkeit ausgestattet. Es fühlte sich an, als wäre kein Detail zu klein, um nicht berücksichtigt zu werden. Ich kann diese Luxusbermietung mit Concierge-Service uneingeschränkt empfehlen – eine perfekte Kombination aus Exklusivität, Komfort und erstklassigem Service!

Absolutely amazing villa and service ! Was a bit worried booking direct rather than through air b n b but got a much better deal and service was easy and great . We stayed as a family of 8 (4 couples) villa was stunning and the roof terrace made for an amazing sunset proposal 🌅🥂🍾. Villa was immaculate and pool was great. Would 100% recommend company and the villa triple x

Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. So professionell und sauber habe ich selten Leute auf Ibiza arbeiten sehen. Kann sich sehen lassen diese Marke und vor Allem die Unterkünfte. Alles vom Feinsten, von den Handtüchern bis zu den Empfehlungen die den Urlaub abrunden. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese geile Zeit!

We had an excellent stay at villa Secret Paradise. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the town center. It's ideal for enjoying the entertainment right next to Ibiza town center.
The level of service offered by the concierges is very good (shopping, transport, activities, advice), so we recommend you make use of them to make your stay easier.
Last but not least, the villa is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

My guests and I had the most amazing experience working with Tom BENZON Travel agency. I celebrated my 50th birthday in Ibiza, from the moment I contacted Alex via email to the WhatsApp group He put it together with the rest of the staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa was out of a movie, all the restaurants, recommendations and reservations were spot on. Again could not be more happy with their services. I highly recommend. I cannot wait to use them again.
