So far I have found working with Toolkit excellent. They're very helpful, quick to respond and able to assist me with all my queries. It's left me unsure of nothing and I know they're there if I need them.

Toolkit have been great and offered a great service, second to none! I’ve worked with quite a few web companies and they have nothing on their services. My project manager could not do enough for me she was great, this is the second site she has done for me and the first worked really well.

I really don't think Toolkit Websites could have improved the service we experienced. They always kept in contact and gave me the right nudges when required whilst staying polite at all times. There was zero brain ache from my end so made it all very easy from start to finish.

I've been using Toolkit for several years now. From the very beginning they've given me perfect customer service and been fantastic in understanding my requirements. They fix any issues very quickly, and offer ideas for improvement. I've just undergone a complete redesign and our new responsive website is incredible - and for a very a reasonable price! I'd highly recommend them.

Tool Kit Websites were so brilliant from the early stages of design, tone and layout to the final finishing pieces including social media and imagery. Honestly everyone should work with Tool Kits, and their team are so friendly and helpful!

Firstly I was appointed a Project Manager to work with me and asked to look at other websites to ascertain the different styles available.
I had a particular "feel" to my website which I was hoping to be created.
The project manager worked closely with me over the weeks, sharing thoughts and ideas and guiding me where necessary to achieve the desired result.
The interpretation of my vision for the site has been fantastic and the communication throughout has been first class and the project handled professionally at all times.
I have no hesitation in recommending Toolkit to anybody looking for a quality website.

Being of a non computer age they held my hand and guided me through the process with patience and understanding, both with the website construction and the transferring of my email system from POP to IMAP.
They understood what we were looking for from the design brief conversation and from their initial design format proposal we were able to fine tune and make various design tweaks until we had a site that we are very happy with.

I would recommend Toolkit to anyone that wants a web site and is lost in the fog.
Their patience is outstanding. every thing is explained over and over again if you are not sure and there is help after your site goes live.
It's your baby but you have a nanny holding your hand.

These guys are very good, they have an excellent customer service ethic and nothing seems too much trouble, they seemed to grasp the ideas that I was vaguely trying to portray and then quickly came up with the designs and website that I had wanted -- and then some!
