It was everything really. Our guide, Claudia was just brilliant, the hotel was lovely, our fellow travellers were a fantastic bunch of people and the trip to the Dolomites and Alps could not have been better. If you want to explore this beautiful part of the world I can’t think of a better way.

Looked on line and had some queries. Emailed and got a quick response. Phoned spoke to carol , and very informative and helpful. Booked holiday ! Seamless

Superb escorted tour around the gorgeous Puglia region. We found places we’d never have found without our guide and learning the history and culture of each place. The accommodation was superb in a converted farmhouse with a pool. Included breakfast and dinner were very nice. Our tour guide Carmela was excellent and was informative with a great sense of humour.

WE BOOKED BREAKFAST + EVENING MEAL DUE TO CHAOS IN KITCHEN WE WERE FORCED TO EAT OUT VERY DISPPOINTED AT THE ADDED EXPENCE, WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.

From the start to finish of our holiday,the Top-flight staff were so helpful and knowledgeable.
The made our holiday a stress free and enjoyable experience.

A very well organised holiday with a terrific and knowledgeable guide. The Hotel was slow to respond at first re service but got their act. together after a couple of days. The tours were great and it was great to have free time in the middle of the holiday.

The description of the accommodation was misleading and the arrangements for evening meals at our hotel were totally chaotic.

Your booking process is excellent giving us the key information we required. Following on information and details very timely. Choice of hotel was excellent. Max, our tour guide across three tours, was excellent and very highly rated by our travelling group. Tour guide on first day clearly was very knowledgeable. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with some very memorable experiences.

Topflight hotels and accommodation are quality and live up to the high expectations.

I highly recommend Topflight holidays. This is my second year travelling with them. Both of my daughters have had similar excellent experiences on their TY school skiing & cultural tours. Bravo Topflight!

We had a wonderful holiday in Puglia which was made extra special by our brilliant leader Stefano. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and always there to help each individual as required. He has a winning personality and frequently used humour to great effect. Our hotel was top class, great food and wonderful staff. We were part of a lovely group who bonded very well. Many thanks to Topflight for a trip we’d highly recommend .Míle buíochas Stefano.

Just back from beautiful Sorrento topflight highly recommened. I dont nornally do reviews but have to reconise the amazing support we got from Our topflight rep Wendy. All trips were organised and run very smoothly. She always checked with us on times, locations never had a rep that was so attentive. Wendy arranged with the hotel ( Astoria) to open the dining room ahead of early trips and departure. My husband is suffering from an injury to his knee and helped getting on buses and tours. She is a lovely person very approchable and friendly and enriched our experience on holiday. Thank you Wendy x

It was the best holiday I've experienced. There is no way I would have managed all the walking if Stefano had not organised tuck tuck etc. Stefano was an excellent 5 star Tour Drictor, always in good humour, great fun and with excellent knowledge of every tour. The hotel was so beautiful ,& comfortable and staff were excellent & attentive. Dinners & breakfasts were delicious. Stefano 5 star all the way many thanks also driver Cosemo.

A well put together holiday, excellent accommodation, transfers to and from resort made easy, good balance of tours and days to yourself to do what you like. Resort reps were very knowledgeable and helpful if needed.

We really enjoyed our holiday the rep Malcolm was excellent & went above & beyond his job he was so helpfull & always available. The hotel was excellent would prefer if we would change lunch instead of dinner on half board.

Our holiday was excellent great tours and an outstanding tour guide in Andrea. Everything was fist class. However our hotel experience was far from a four star. We were possible unfortunate in the bedroom we were allocated. While it was old especially the shower area everything was very clean. The breakfast every morning was tinned fruit cocktail, coffee machine didn’t work & the handles on the toaster were broken. Cooked breakfast which consisted of rashers & scrambled eggs were made early in the morning & not prepared as u waited. Disaster for a four star hotel.

We have just returned from our lovely trip to Puglia. Very well organised and a huge variety of places to see and things to do. Stefano our guide is a total superstar. My sister unfortunately had a bad fall with fractured limbs and he was so good to us. Helping us find hospitals making sure we were looked after we cannot thank him enough. We had had such a lovely time with all the other guests who were also so kind to us. When she is back on her feet we will definitely use Top Flight for another trip. I should just mention the hotel was amazing also. Thank you Sue and Liz .

I had a great time in Puglia and Stefano was an amazing tour guide, very patient, caring, knowledgeable and hilarious. Stefano looked after us very well. I loved every city we visited in Puglia.
