Awful. Sent detective purse, said it wouldn’t be fixed for weeks (well after Christmas). Indian on the phone I couldn’t understand. Way overpriced for the garbage you get. Don’t shop here

I purchased ballet slippers last December from Saks Fifth Avenue. I wore them 4 times. Two weeks ago I went to put them on for a party and the paint was flaking and peeling off. Saks would not accept them for a refund or repair. Tory Burch would not do anything to make this right. They sent me to a company who would charge me $90+shipping to do a repair. Again Tory Burch only offered me a discount toward another purchase from them! NO THANKS! They are not high quality and do not stand by their products!

I ordered a purse on Black Friday, it was never shipped. I called twice and was told that even though I ordered and submitted my payment information and got a confirmation of the order that it doesn't mean that the order will be processed. Now I have no purse and they refuse to do anything to make it right, was told I can pay full price or purchase something from their sale collection. Will never order or purchase another Tory Burch product again.

My son ordered a necklace having saved up a lot of his money from working. Arrives in a slightly bashed cardboard box, opened to find NO NECKLACE! Customers services terrible, could hardly speak proper sentences and thanked me for ‘working together’ at the end of the call. Weird. Then got an email saying needs investigation, called again today, will take 8-10 days with their courier. Meanwhile my son has no money back, no gift for his girlfriend. It’s like the opposite of good customer service. Unbelievable.

I have been buying from Tory Burch for many years. Bags, shoes, jewellery etc and always loved the designs. Have had exceptional service and even joined the trust. Last experience was so bad I would find it hard to buy again. Purchased large tote £660. It arrived and had none of the usual lovely packaging, looked and felt like it had come from large warehouse. It did not have a dustbag. I was told no mention of dustbag in description then no dustbag. I was schooled by the very rude operative , given a list on TB items that don’t have a dustbag which was unhelpful and passive aggressive. On the long list of does have a dustbag was large leather tote. When I explained this was a large leather tote I was metaphorically told suck it up. I sent bag back. Ps two weeks later during the storms my roof fell in. My dolce and gabbana bag and my demellier were ok BECAUSE THEY WERE IN DUSTBAG. It is an essential item to preserve your bag. I would also point out the us version of the bag is £200 pounds cheaper and has a dustbag.

Can not believe what happens to the tennis shoes I have purchased, DO NOT WEAR THEM WHEN IS RAINING. Means if you are outside and start raining don not come out. The shoes has changed color and when I took them to the store I was told it is wear and tear. Most likely is cheap fabric and sell it as high quality stuff and since it’s Tory Burch means it’s brand and high qualify.

I bought a Tory Burch tote bag online. The quality is very poor and When I asked about a refund policy. They asked me to pay for sending the courier back. I am highly disappointed with the purchase.

I have at least 10 pair of the Tory Burch Miller sandals. In the past 5 years. I've ordered them from Nordstrom, and Tory Burch, I've purchased shoes from the actual store. These shoes that I purchased from the website are aweful!!! They are thin, very light weight and cheap! The embroidery is not even in the shoes. I will return them. I called customer service, I got a very pleasant person. I wanted to know if the shoes was real and not fake, that's how poorly made they are. For 277.00 dollars they feel like a pair of Old Navy flip flops. I will not be buying another pair. Sorry Tory you need to do better. Or lower your prices make it make sense! Quality is very important to some of us! Very disappointed.

They deserve no star!

The customer service is awful. TORY BURCH are thieves and they are scammers! Kepy my money even after I returned the product! And as for the shoes, where do I start, its lower than Primemark standard!

I got the court platform sneakers and I am super happy with my purchase.

Extremely poor customer service, incompetent customer service team who can't even bother to check the content in emails and ask repeated questions which is REALLY ANNOYING.

Refund process took over a month.

I recently purchased a pair of Tory Burch ballet flats and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The leather is peeling after only a few wears, which is completely unacceptable for a brand known for its luxury.
I have been a long-time fan of Tory Burch boots, but I cannot recommend their ballet flats at all, especially considering the high price. When I raised this issue with customer service (named Girlie), their response was incredibly poor and unsatisfactory. They did not offer a satisfactory solution and seemed uninterested in resolving the problem.
Tory Burch needs to take their quality control and customer service more seriously. I am very disappointed with my recent experience and it has left a sour taste in my mouth about the brand.

Miriam at the premium outlets at Orlando, Florida was a great woman attending us, customer service oriented and very helpful and friendly. She was smiling every time I talk to her. We received a premium service from Miriam. Also, Miriam’s manager was very nice and friendly. Thanks to Miriam I decided to buy five Tory items, 2 handbags, 1 gold ballerina pair and 2 pairs of tennis. I was very impressed with the prices at the outlet versus the boutique. Aweful support and management team in general. My package was stolen and they didn’t even bother themselves to take a responsibility for it and it costed me $500. They started “investigation”, made me wait for 8 days then rejected even without providing any proof that they delivered to the right address and then offered to reopen it and wait another 8 days and told me that “we are happy to inform that the package was delivered, we will go ahead and reopen the investigation”. What a joke!!!

Terrible! Ordered £350 worth of items and they were delivered at a time I was at work. Was a bit shocked and thought they’d knock and try again the next day, but lo and behold they had forged my signature and left the box somewhere/stolen it. Obviously returned home and my parcel wasn’t there, so I have tried everything in the past few weeks to get my items back/a refund and Tory Burch have been nothing but useless, even when I have physical evidence I was not in and my signature has been forged etc. In particular, a customer service assistant named Aly has been insensitive, unhelpful and refuses to give me the number for management. A shame as I used to love their items but if they use a bad courier service they need to own up to their fault.

Really bad experience ordered sandals na said for two day air 36 hours later and they still have not shipped I have sent numerous emails and I keep getting lied to saying it’s going to dispatch then I get told it will arrive Thursday no communication only staff who repeatedly lie AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I returned a purchase and the refund is due 21 days later as the policy is 14 days not including weekends. I have never come a across such a long time period.

Ho acquistato la borsa Ella in raffia in saldo (495 euro di listino), in realtà è una banalissima sporta da mare,senza chiusura né tasche e neanche dust bag, al interno c'è solo il numero seriale con scritto Made in India.... niente a che vedere con le borse firmare, non vale il prezzo neanche scontato Tory Burch non mi vedi piu

Someone I know worked there. Worked open to close with little help. Little training. Lovely overpriced merchandise but lousy treatment of their employees. Especially the ones that work the hardest. If you’re looking for your next job, look elsewhere.
