Absolutely shambolic service from a council, all on furlough and by the looks of it taking advantage of the situation to avoid all work and any responsibility. If you call their terrible one contact number expect to hear lots of option that will lead to a very long wait for someone to answer and when you do be prepared to be bounced around to various departments each unable to help. If you provide a name they can only ask that person to call you back from their home, to think of the money that is spent on wages for what is totally an un accountable service! John biggs needs to earn his wages and for once would this service be accepted in the private sector! The answer would be NO!

Horrendous council that instead of responding to my complaints like adults, would rather complain that I am complaining to much, directly to my landlord. Why do we pay taxes for service like that? Well, it is government.

Tower Hamlets Rents Department do not answer the phone.
10 Minutes on the phone and the rents department at Tower Hamlets Homes, do not answer the phone. I had to the cut the line because their automated system is wasting all my credits.
If they're gonna waste peoples time they might as well pay for it.
