i have never been so disgusted at the treatment I got by this company. Alright they are cheaper but if you have to contact them to tell them about a return you will always get an answering machine. I will tell you the experience I had with them. I ordered over £129.00 worth of schleich and papo toys of which two of them were damaged. It doesn't surprise me the way they were just all thrown in the box with hardly any protection on them. I sent two emails. I got an answer back after the second one since I waited 2 days for the first one to reply. I even sent photos of the problem. So all they needed to do was refund right. WRONG. I tried phoning over and over and kept getting the answering machine. So I wrote a letter and what I got was an angry man phone me up making it out to be that I was in the wrong. A couple of weeks went by and still nothing. So I contacted schleich to tell them about toysandlearning. They were very apologetic and offered to send me replacements if I give them my address. By then I had ordered replacements else where. I noticed when schleich got back to me my broken toy photos were attached to their email. I said I just wanted a refund and didn't want nothing to do with toysandlearning again. They were no better. I received nothing. This all started on the 6th of March 2020 before the virus got bad over here. So they cant blame that. After all that I had to get in touch with paypal and they couldn't even get an answer from them. Anyway after nearly 6 weeks I eventually got my money back off paypal. Please avoid this company. They should not be trading as they are hurting kids and just don't care. In all the years I have been shopping on line this is the worst experience ive ever had with a company. Paypal have helped many people out through this company. Those that have given a good rating either haven't had to deal with costumer service or are from the company.

You might get lucky and have absolutely no issues with your order like I experienced the first time, generally prices are fair and delivery was prompt. However, if you have any issues with the products you receive be prepared to experience terrible customer service. You will instantly be met with unhelpful, blunt, dismissive, patronising, and infuriating replies that offer no support or service whatsoever for the issue, you can’t even really call it customer service.
How a small company like this is able to survive against the likes of Amazon is beyond me when their specialty should be customer service. I will no longer order from this company, please beware!

I stumbled across this online shop over Christmas but felt weary with having not heard of it before, anyway saying as My Daughter's birthday is the following month I decided to put an order in for her Birthday and I wish I had of done sooner!
The Schleich is such a saving compared to bigger retail places I shopped at over Christmas.
I managed to get her more than double the gifts from this website for the same price I had priced a few schleich toys up at a different shop.
I did pay the extra for Courier delivery but it came on time, packaged very well.
Very happy customer and I'm going to have a very happy little girl 😊

I have had absolutely no problems.
I read reviews here, and was a little apprehensive, but the product I wanted was £15 cheaper. So bought with toysandlearning, however checked out with paypal as a back up, incase I had an issue.

They provided me with email confirmation and updates, then text dispatch and delivery.
The package arrived as estimated; I ordered in the afternoon of Wednesday, and it had arrived by lunchtime Friday.

The courier left it in an appropriate location and uploaded a photo to tracking.

The package is complete, no items missing.

I would definitely recommend using paypal if you're concerned, but personally had no issues, and would use again in the future

Appalling customer service. I ordered a Schleich advent calendar, the item didn’t arrive. Refused to refund me, had to open a case through PayPal. Still no response, am now waiting for PayPal to refund it for me. Shockingly bad service

Excellent experience, ordered Monday evening and arrived to the Highlands Wednesday morning! Very fair shipping rates, well packaged and all items in perfect condition. I would definitely order again!

I have used this company for many years, they are consistently good on product choice and delivery service, we love the fact that when new releases are expected this company seem to have the new products in stock before anybody else..really lovely company to deal with.

I ordered a Schleich Horse set for my daughters birthday on the Sunday and it arrived as stated on the Tuesday by courier. Fantastic speedy service and it was also cheaper than other websites I had found it on. Overall really happy with my purchase from this company and can't recommend them enough!

Ordered goods on Monday 7th, website says next day delivery. It's now Fri 11th - no delivery and only answermachine. Sent email awaiting reply

We received our parcel on time and then wrapped it up for Christmas. Half the parts for the product were missing when opened and rather than toys and learning sorting the problem themselves by sending out a new item and the faulty product been returned we had to wait till we could get in touch with Schleich UK after the new year. This left us with a very upset child with her main gift from Santa useless and we are still waiting for the parts to be sent out. The customer service we received from toys and learning was very poor and the phone was never answered just referred back to email and when I gave my phone number for them to contact me directly this request was ignored too. Would never use this company again!! I was advised to use Wonderland Models in Scotland which we will in the future.

Excellent - the delivery was spot on, the price beat other competitors by far. I ordered the schleich dolls house and it was well presented. I have only just opened it since Christmas and the house is fantastic quality and my children love it. I would definitely recommend your company and will be ordering again in the near future.

Excellent- I was a bit nervous as price was cheaper than other places. But excellent service. Delivered within 24 hours by courier at the time they told me.

Excellent! Ordered on Wednesday received items on Friday. Well packaged, everything as it should be, plus cheaper than anywhere else. My daughter will be over the moon on Christmas morning with her new schleich barn and other items. Will definitely be ordering again!

No returns info in delivery. I tried to telephone on a number of occasions to arrange a return and the telephone was never answered it just went to a message advising to email Sue Shee. Upon emailing Sue Shee requesting to arrange a return she merely directed me to the website. I then returned the items by which point a bit over the 14 days return period. I received an email from Sue Shee acknowledging receipt of the items but advising that the matter had went for review as over the 14 day return period.
Over a week passed and i did not hear anything further. I emailed Sue Shee requesting a response and stated that I would not be using them again if I did not receive my refund. Sue Shee replied advising that my threat was "a real pity" and that had I apologised for the return being late I would have received an immediate refund but as I had not I would not be refunded. Absolute lack of customer service and a bad attitude. Customer retention clearly not on list of priorities.

I'm a fan of Papo dinosaurs, their dino sculpts are the best and artfully done just like in Jurassic Park movies, so have been collecting them since I found out about Papo dinosaurs. After some research I found this toysandlearning website from google and decided to ordered from them as they are having a sale for much Papo stuffs and at much lower price compared to Amazon. I chose a tracked DPD delivery for this order and it was delivered right on time, Received a notification email every step of the way from toysandlearning when items are dispatched and from DPD as well. The box arrived packed nicely inside with plenty safe buffers using recyclable materials, and all the dinos are now let loose in my home now :), in short I'm one happy customer.

Terrible service , parcel was supposed to be on next day delivery , 3 days later not turned up , emailed company who said it wasn't lost and would turn up ,after 1 week requested items resent or refunded , this company refused to do either and said they would not refund unless parcel returned to them which of course i couldn't do as i hadn't received item, according to this company the parcel was not traceable , you cannot ring this company as they do not answer the phone , after weeks of receiving rude emails and stupid excuses from them and even saying my neighbors must have it and saying i was not at the address to receive parcel I had to reclaim money through card company , AVOID AT ALL COST !!! NO BACK UP SERVICE

What can I say about this wonderful company. The website is easy to navigate with wonderful items to buy at such cheap prices. The gentleman I have spoken to on several occasions has always polite, cheerful and has always kept his promises, I needed the toys asap and he posted them straight away for me. I got them the next day ! ! ! How wonderful is that. The customer service is brilliant.
I thoroughly recommend this company, every time.
