Bought plushies online at an amazing deal! £25 down to £5. Bought 4. £4 delivery. Came swiftly. Only downside was how they were packed. No padding so a few of the boxes were dented.

ame to buy a toy for my sons Birthday. The toy had a price tag of £30. On getting to the checkout I was asked to pay £40 It turned out that thete was also a sticker on the toy for £40 I asked to speak withe the manager and she said could pay £40 or I wasn't having the toy. Despicable service and attitude. This happened today 8th February at approximately 14.45.

Really upset as workers followed me around the shop in Wigan and made me feel uncomfortable so I left without spending any of my money 😔

I went in to the shop in Wigan with my friend with my birthday money going to spend it and workers proceeded to stare at us and follow us around the shop I left spending nothing because I felt uncomfortable.

Awful staff, very rude, blasting inappropriate music, all crowded behind the till laughing loud enough to be heard on the other side of the shop paying no mind to whats going on in the shop. Today a member of staff openly mocked me for not noticing that after having waited 10 minutes for her to serve me she finally decided she was ready. Empty boxes on the shelf, only to be told they don't currently stock the item, what a shambles honestly, Basingstoke staff are a joke.

We visited Toy Town in Dundee on Saturdsy 7th June 2025. My grandson has been looking for a hot wheels dark trooper truck for a while. He asked the friendly staff if they had it on stock in the back as it was not on the shelf. The very helpful staff went out of their way to look for it and made a little boy very happy when they found one for him. Thanks you Paul, Jack and the lovely lady for your help.

Bought 11 Funko sodas, which had clearly been opened before and sealed again to not sell the most expensive ones. For those who don't know, Funko sodas have a 1/6 chance to be a variant version of the said figure, which obviously sell for a higher price. As soon as I saw them I noticed something was wrong with the plastic package, but I tried opening them anyways. Not a single variant out of 11 sodas. I just need to do 2+2 to understand what's going on there. I don't know other about the other products, but if you want to buy Funko pops or sodas, be aware the statement saying "1/6 chance of being a chase" is false. Greatly displeased.

So far awful experience. A case has been filed with PayPal because 1) I've received no order confirmation email after purchasing online. 2) I've received no reply to my messages sent via their contact form. 3) After I filed a claim with PayPal, they sent me an email which says "your order has been updated". What exactly does that mean?

They might have decent outlets but their communication is really poor when ordering online.

My son and I went to ToyTown shop it's was really nice and staff wa really helpful.
