Give Tradedoubler a wide berth
Firstly, when we signed up, we never got the email for a code. 4 days later, the support emailed to say they're looking at it, but if this company is as big as they say, having a broken site is ridiculous. When I did get to join, my site was declined, but no explanation. Perhaps TD don't remember old partners like us, where everyone who joined had access to advertisers, and the advertiser decided if they wanted you or not. I think TD has got too big for their boots, and the old way worked. You're checked twice, once by them, once by the advertiser. They scrutinise your traffic. How can a 3-week-old site be pulling 1000 hits a day? Avoid use your CJ.

Terrible experience across the board
Terrible experience across the board. We wanted to create an account as a publisher, but were rejected three times without any support or offering a solution. After X inquiries to support—by phone and email—without response, we gave up. It feels like they don't want any partners at all.

Bad account management
Our account as a publisher was created correctly but our website, an established media since more than 10 years and working with all majors affiliate networks was rejected without any reason given.
You cannot do business this way, people expect at least some explanation behind commercial decisions.
TD should be more concerned by communicating with their members than doing damage control here afterwards.

Pessima esperienza come publisher. Dopo tanti anni di esperienza e banner hanno deciso di chiudermi l'account perchè non ho raggiunto un numero sufficiente di clic. Questa politica è entrata in vigore recentemente senza comunicazione preventiva e senza che lo sapessi. Ho anche chiesto di farmi avere i guadagni residui ma mi hanno negato la richiesta.
Risposta: La regola dell'inattività non è scritta da nessuna parte. Ho solo trovato questa regola (3.5) ;" The Publisher has not generated any Traffic for a period of three (3) months" ed io ho generato traffico perchè i miei link sono stati aperti. La regola ve la siete inventata.,

They stole my money!
They stole my money. I have been a customer partner on the platform for several years and had an account with around 50 EUR in my favour. I could not get it paid out and now they have just closed my account and stolen my money!

Account balances and payouts are handled in line with our standard processes and publisher agreement. In some cases, remaining commissions cannot be paid out, for example if an account has been inactive for an extended period or if the balance does not meet the minimum payout requirements.
We have already reviewed this case and shared the relevant explanation directly. While we understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, we want to reassure you that this decision is based on our established policies and not on an intentional withholding of funds.

Smooth communication with Dutch team and reliable platform experience
The communication with most of my contacts at Tradedoubler is pleasant and efficient, especially with the Dutch team. I have limited contact with teams from other countries, mainly because responses are often lacking.
Additionally, the Tradedoubler dashboard is user-friendly and the tracking system works reliably. We also receive regular updates about campaign adjustments, which is appreciated.

I am a 15 year old founder and recently started using TradeDoubler, after a month of usage I did not like the way it operates and closed my account. After that, my card was yet charged with payments of over 70 dollars and this has really demotivated me. After speaking to a representative from the company and proving my point, I stopped receiving replies and I am yet waiting for my refund. If this review reaches the TradeDoubler team, kindly improve your customer service and process the refunds.
Edit: I have received my refund, but I yet do not recommend Tradedoubler at all. Don’t trust or use this platform, it is a complete scam. The only reason I got my payment was because of my bad review. I never received an email from them before that even after sending countless emails for several months. Also if anyone wants a refund or has been scammed by tradedoubler, don’t reach out to them as they won’t reply, only post a TRUTHFUL review explaining your issue.
