We have thoroughly reviewed your account and the withdrawal in question. On January 3, 2025, a withdrawal of $4,393 USD was processed from your account to a crypto wallet address. This withdrawal was initiated through your client portal using your personal login credentials. At that time, this was processed as a normal withdrawal request from your account.

Subsequently, you contacted us to report that your account had been compromised and requested the immediate cancellation of the associated crypto wallet. We acted on your request the same day, declining the wallet in accordance with our standard security procedures to prevent any future unauthorized transactions. The withdrawal you are referencing was processed before you reported the account compromise and requested wallet cancellation.
It is important to understand that Tradin does not and cannot add crypto wallets to client accounts from the backend.

All wallet additions and modifications can only be performed by clients themselves through their own account portal using their personal login credentials. Similarly, all withdrawal requests must be initiated by clients from their own portal. Tradin team does not initiate withdrawals on behalf of clients.

If your account was indeed compromised as you reported, this indicates that unauthorized individuals gained access to your login credentials. We strongly recommend immediately changing your password, enabling two-factor authentication, and reviewing your account security practices. If you believe the withdrawal was fraudulent, we recommend filing a report with the appropriate authorities. We are prepared to cooperate with any official investigation and can provide transaction records as needed.

Dear Ricardo,

Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns regarding the $50 bonus.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, the bonus requires completion of at least 5 lots on eligible instruments and a minimum of 7 days of trading on eligible instruments to qualify for retention. Our review indicates that only 0.8 lots were traded and the required 7-day trading period was not completed.

As a result, the bonus was removed in accordance with the stated terms. We understand this may be disappointing, but this process ensures fairness and consistency for all traders.

Here's how the $50 no-deposit bonus promotion is structured: You receive $50 in trading capital in addition to your own money. Once you meet the trading requirements and request a withdrawal, the original $50 bonus amount is deducted from your balance before payout. This means if your account grew to $530, you would receive $480 in profit ($530 minus the $50 bonus). This structure is standard across the industry for no-deposit bonuses and is outlined in the promotional terms and conditions.

Your withdrawal of $480 (after bonus deduction) was processed via Crypto currency and should be arriving according to your payment method's timeline.

Regarding your $100 deposit: If your personal deposit was removed or affected, this should not have happened and represents a separate issue that needs immediate investigation. Your own deposited funds should remain untouched and available in your account balance.
