Ordered on 11 August. Three weeks later: no product, no response, no explanation.
I contacted them and was simply ignored.
Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Think twice before ordering here.

Products are great quality with third party testing and customer service is surprising at how great they are. I used an incorrect shipping address and they were able to send a replacement shipment immediately with no additional cost to me even though the error was mine.
