I've used Travango for a few years now. Stacy, is my point of contact for flight bookings and she's absolutely brilliant. Stacy has been amazing throughout the whole journey from finding the right flights to confirming and booking everything. She dealt with myself and my dad (we both live in different cities) as my dad needed help booking. She guided us both through every step kindly and warmly. Repeating instructions to both when needed. The experience was seamless and she even went out her way to suggest the best flights for my dad as he’s elderly and she was mindful that with his budget she could meet the needs accordingly. I can’t thank Stacy enough for her kindness and having patience to go back and forth until the right flight was found.

I would highly recommend Sid for finding great ticket deals! This is the second time I’ve used his service, and once again, I’m very happy with the experience. Sid is always helpful, friendly, and takes the time to find the best tickets at a great price. Excellent service — I’ll definitely use him again!

The Stacey did well. She was prompt, polite and pleasant at all times. I could not flaw the process of Stacey helping me find the most suitable flight for us..

I did not find a bargain price with Travango but it was in the middle. I accepted the offered price in knowledge that I could indeed save at least £40 on each return flight elsewhere, (despite Travango voucher discount) . However, by now I had become slightly exhausted / frustrated as other agencies had been bombarding me with offers & updates. Many were pushy etc etc.. ,

Hence I decided on Travango, so basically, I could say Stacey got the deal because of Stacey.

Its not all good news, a day later I needed some advice and messaged Stacey WhatsApp but some other staff replied with no introduction, it was a very poor response. I was ignored, at time of entering this text still has not got back or even acknowledge my query. (1 hour has passed)
