Deepak was so helpful and guided me through the entire process. He took a call for almost 20 minutes to help me with the minutest detail of offers, refunds and meals. Ticket booked at 12 am but confirmation received around 9 pm i.e. after 9 hours which seems to be disguising in present advanced cyber advancements ! Furthermore, when I made a call, to enquire about the lapse, the response from your side was very poor.
