The staff were welcoming as soon as we walked inside. They spoke to us by name as I had booked there previously. They asked us if we would like a drink. When we explained what we wanted, Samantha took her time to explain what she was doing on the computer and showed us the deals. She was very thorough and helpful. We were asked if we wanted to book some where. We had all the information printed out. We were also able to get the currency we need.

Very helpful on finding a choice of different holidays with a reasonable price on 2 separate occasions. Both holidays mow booked at different times. Very happy with the service that's why I chose you every year.

Staff were welcoming and very pleasant. There was no pressure to book a holiday. We returned within an hour and further holidays were shared with us. Different types of cabins were explained to us. Looking forward to our cruise.
