Chris was very helpful and understanding. He listened to all I had to say and broke everything down for me to relay to the other people in the booking. Very friendly staff, very competent and very accomodating, pleasant and easy service, more than adequate information given and overall a very pleasant experience.

Chris was excellent, he remembered us from when we had to cancel a holiday last year. He seemed excited to book our next holiday and explained to us our options about hotels and airport parking. He told us to take our time in deciding what to do, he was not pushy in any way. Which we grateful for. He is a genuinely nice guy, who gets about booking your holiday and therefore gets you even more excited about it 😁
