I had already booked seats to Detroit with Delta via Virgin. This was to visit our son who was scheduled for surgery regarding head, neck & throat cancer. The date was changed by the Hospital in Michigan. Hence we needed to revise our trip. I phoned a number listed for Virgin and soon discovered I was speaking with Eric at Travel Unravel. I still do not understand how this happened. He was most helpful and suggested he can cancel our seats and rebook for us.
He did this and in fact the whole process did not cost us anything after we received the refund from Virgin. So despite my doubts considering the manner in which we came in contact with TravelUnravel, the service they provided was excellent. We have just returned from that trip and everything was as it should be with the booking.

Travel Unravel by its travel consultant "Kane" saved my two Japanese colleagues' full flights to Japan from Germany in last April through his fantastic help assuring connecting flights from Glasgow to Germany. He spent more than 2 hrs over the phone in arranging this connecting flight from Glasgow-London-Frankfurt including an accommodation for them in London. If Kane could not do this arrangement, my colleagues would be missing their flights from Frankfurt to Japan. We thank to Kane and his company and looking forward to working with them.

It was great to organise a last minute ticket with Roger after my flight was cancelled, so nice to be able to talk to someone who can help me. Once he found a well priced ticket he booked it on my behalf and even called to check I’d received my Bar code .

My experience was quite unbelievable. I had driven my mum from Newport to Gatwick Airport, only for us to miss the flight. I was shocked and completely confused. In a panic, I went online searching for another flight as quickly as possible.

To be honest, I didn’t take the time to carefully check all the details before booking. It was only after I had confirmed the reservation that I realised there was a layover of up to 17 hours. I was devastated and felt even more confused than before.

Then my phone rang it was Lisa. She truly became the star of that day 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. When I explained that I couldn’t afford the fee, she generously offered me her £100 voucher and provided an incredible level of service. More importantly, she stayed with me throughout the entire process, offering support, guidance, and reassurance when I needed it most. Her kindness and professionalism turned what had been a very stressful experience into a manageable one, and I will always be grateful for her help.
