Review Title: Disappointed with Service and Quality

I recently purchased a treadmill from [Treadmill Factory] online and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The treadmill arrived with noticeable scratches, which is unacceptable for a new product.

When I reached out to their customer service team, they refused to send someone to inspect or resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, their representative, Eileen, was unprofessional and failed to provide a satisfactory solution.

As a customer who spent a significant amount of money, I expected better service and accountability. I will not be recommending this company to others, and I strongly advise future customers to consider other options to avoid the frustration.

I too had a terrible experience with customer service.
My item arrived heavily damaged with the box in pieces. Danny attempted to dismiss this as "minor scuffs". I had to contact my bank to obtain a refund, and the company then attempted to lie to the credit card company about not permitting refunds - they clearly state on their website that they DO in fact permit refunds.

Complete lack of awareness when dealing with a customer. I ordered an item while Black Friday deals were on and paid for the standard shipping. Weeks later when all other deals were gone they reached out claiming that I needed to pay almost 200 dollars more in shipping because they don’t send to my region (I live in the same province as the store). After speaking with their representative and without so much as a sorry from them, I asked if there was anything that could be done about the situation or if I could have a list of the couriers so I could reach out to others for rates to ship my product for less than 200 dollars extra, all I got in return was dimensions of the products and a very rude, nonchalant attitude which is why I will NEVER shop here again. Hopefully others read this and make a better decision. Danny at the treadmill factory I hope you read this and learn something.

I ordered a 50lb weider weight plate and gloves for the heavy bag which were on clearance everything went fine shipped out fast and very good prices but you always hate paying the shipping i ordered in late septemnber or beginning of october this year will order again always has good deals

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from this company. I ordered a treadmill online, and was offered the option of requesting in-house delivery and installation, which was something that I required and would not have ordered without that option. I got worried when I had not heard back about my order or request after 1 week. I emailed the online email address and was informed that someone would address my concerns in 5- 7 business days !!!. When I called the direct line, however, I was able to speak to someone who was helpful, although he informed me that the treadmill was actually being shipped today but there was no option for in-house delivery or installation. It was recommended that when the unit was delivered to my driveway, I leave it there and contact the local store to arrange for someone to come at some point to help me bring it in and install it....ridiculous! My recommendation to go to your local store and deal with them personally and avoid the online option.

Ordered an elliptical that they are now claiming could take a month to deliver. Have asked to cancel item but they say it will take two weeks to even read the message. Seems to be a fake company, that takes money and does nothing else.

If I could put 0 stars I would.
The customer service is horrible.
I got a defective bike and I have been trying to get a refund ever since it arrived. I sent multiple emails with no response. I swear they are just ignoring me. Very unprofessional.
