the customer service is poor they told me they would come 1 week's time but it took them 5 weeks to come i told them what i wanted but they did not do it their communication was poor i would rate them -1 billion stars

Had all of our blinds measured and paid for weeks ago and promised to be delivered the next week as we wanted them before Christmas . Four weeks later they confirmed that they couldn't actually fulfil the order, bar one blind. We are still trying to get the one blind fitted but not getting any response and haven't been refunded for the TEN blinds we were promised. AVOID IF YOU WANT ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

He came over to take measurements and provided a quotation that was very close to my budget, which I really appreciated.
