Terrible place...the ad made it looked like a laptop was really inexpensive ... $7.95. (Ok, I should have caught it.) Too little for a laptop!
They say it was an entry to a drawing for the laptop, and a membership. 2 days later, they hit my card for $67!! I called and cancelled, but they said I couldn't get a refund, but an email was sent with a coupon worth $125 to use on their site. Never received the email. Goodbye $67, I'm sorry I didn't get to know ya!

I am sorry to say, I ordered sandals in good faith and been waiting nearly two months. I have been in contact via emails and the ppl asking me to give time will be delivered.
Now I have asked for a refund and they are saying I must have give wrong address as parcel was delivered. They are will to give me 50% compensation. I have replied and told them I want my refund and they can claim compensation from the courier as my address is correct.
Watch this space….

Absolutely dreadful company purchased goods in March told me my parcel has been delivered looking on the tracking page it has gone to Scotland I'm in West Sussex after contacting them they say I'm only getting a 50% refund

Problems with website ordering...deleted street number in address, product couldn't be delivered, charged $12 to be sent again. Other problems with ordering, rug was cheap and not as described. Difficult customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TRENDY & UNIQUE. This is a rip-off. I received a garmet that has no buttons or Zipper. The fabric has no stretch so its impossible to put on. The size is correct as I wear a true size 6 US. I ordered a medium dress that I need to return for the above reasons. However, I have reached out on 5 separate occasions, per their return policy steps, and have not received a single response. I used PayPal so I am submitting a complaint tomorrow. This pile of fabric cost me $60.00 and it's not worth $5.00. Do yourself a favor and do not be lured by the pretty picture.

Item never arrived. No reply to emails.

I ordered two pairs of earrings 12/07/2022 and only after demanding confirmation and an order number, finally received some useless response more than a week later saying the items would be shipped, but no date was given, the name of the sender or a telephone number. WARNING: Don't waste your time and money with this fly-by-night company.

Absolutley disgraceful - company which WOWCHER is using - bought an underwater camera - came with incorrect instructions (for something completley different) have emailed and had no response - no contact number either

I ordered a water fountain from them and when it arrived it was awful. Looked like a child had painted it and it had silicon glue all over it. No instructions. When I filled it with water the water just seeped out. So neither use nor ornament. I emailed them for a refund and guess what!! no response.I would never use this company again.

Lovely product, prompt and efficient service!

I placed an order with this company. The order number is 2881 on February 12, 2022. I have not received the order as of today March 14,2022. I will be calling my credit card company in the morning to get the money back from you. I am also turning you in as a fraudulent company.

I contacted them and they said it should ship soon

Trendy is a total scam. I ordered 1 bike helmet. After I entered all my info I got a pop up saying I left a discount off my order. So I followed the prompts to add in the discount. When I finished this order, I got an email thanking me for my TWO orders!
I immediately sent an email cancelling my orders. The response was, orders once processed could not be cancelled. Really? Immediately?
When I finally got my orders, I emailed the company I intended to return one. The response was, they don't take returns! OK, the order was shipped from California. The money went to a foreign country. What legit company does business this way?

06/22/2021 I made my Order and - nothing... No information, no feedback for my emails. The tracking number is wrong. Do not buy something from them. Rogues.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The phone number on the site (that claims to be Canadian) is an out of order phone line with a voice speaking Brazilian Portuguese. I contacted 4 times and did not receive a reply from their supposed customer service email. I never received a product and never will. Hoping they don't charge my card beyond the initial purchase.

Terrrible ! Ordered a parcel on the end of April. Still waiting. I have sked for my money to be refunded but no answer now. I do not recommend this company!

This place is an absolute scam. I figured it out too late. They sell "unique" items for 3x the price when you can find the same thing at Wal-Mart. I placed an order with them and realized that it was not trustworthy so I attempted to cancel within a few hours of my order. The rep told me that there would be a $5 stocking fee and I agreed. Of course, it was never processed and I was then told I could return it. Suddenly, I cannot get a refund because the item is "Not Damaged". I would not trust this cheap boutique AT ALL.

Trendy seal is a scam, please people don't buy anything from them.
Their skin care products are completely a scam, what tou see on the commercial is all lies.

I ordered a messy bun. It took a month to receive and the product was very poor quality and overpriced. Elastic showing, very poorly stitched. Looks nothing like on the website. They will not refund. They are sending me another one of these dreadful things.
