As a first-time customer I bought 2 roses by mail order from Trevor White Roses. I was impressed with the plants on arrival. They were very substantial, bushy plants, pest and disease free, amply watered and expertly packed. Highly recommended!

I ordered a named rose for my sisters birthday in June and she was thrilled with it still is
,It came in excellent condition and bloomed really quick I have seen photos of it today and it is blooming well and has lots of buds with shiny leaves
I ordered on line and made a mistake but this was quickly corrected by them , still arrived quickly

From very easy ordering, to really quick delivery, it was perfect. The rose came carefully packed in a cardboard box and on unwrapping it was very pleased with it. The rose was very healthy with loads of buds, bigger than I expected. I couldn't have chose better at a garden centre, can't wait to buy more roses from this seller. Thankyou.

Ordered a specialist rose which is the focal point for a memorial garden and the rose shares the same name as who the memorial is for so it was fitting.

Placed an order on their website and it was easy. Spoke to a lady on the phone and explained my order and asked regarding shipping to which she was very helpful and very accurate as it arrived when she said it was due.

Has been planted and is only a matter of time before we see it grow.

Will update with more feedback based upon how the flowers appear during the right season.

They know how to grow roses.

This is probably a small business, with a limited number of office staff, so it is sometimes difficult to speak with anyone.
However, patience will be rewarded. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful, and gave me lots of advice about the roses I wanted to order.
Roll on to November, and the bare root roses arrived - looking very healthy and with LOTS of stems. I’ve ordered from David Austin roses before now, and these from Trevor White seem far better, and more likely to produce a decent display next year. They are slightly cheaper, too. (DA’s are £23 each for bare roots, unless you get 10 or 15% discount offer, these seem to range between £16.95 to 18.95).

This is possibly a small business, and as a result, the sales office is not always manned. However, despite some frustration at getting hold of someone, when I did, I was absolutely delighted with the customer service. The lady I spoke to was kind, pleasant and incredibly informed (and patient with me).
I’ll update this when the order has arrived.

Very old variety ordered, absolutely brilliant condition. Healthy, no damage, no disease. Also helpful with my questions. Delivery was fast too. Trevor White seem to be the best source of the older rose varieties in the UK, huge selection and I've got a list to order as bare root. Order with confidence!

I had been searching for a rose that my Dad loved (he passed away last year) only to find David Austin no longer produce this rose.
I searched and found Trevor white roses who had one in stock and within days it arrived and it is beautiful.

This container rose bush arrived very well packaged, in excellent condition, and complete with instructions. Just one month in, it has just had its first bloom. Lovely.
