Very pleased the cactus arrived safe and sound. It was sent as a tracked delivery and very well wrapped. It is standing resplendent in the sunniest spot in the house.

Great experience! There was a little delay with the delivery and the package because I placed my order on Easter. Royal Mail was a little slow, and also, my package wasn't in the best shape when they delivered it, but thankfully the seller wrapped the plant awesomely, so there was no damage at all. When I contacted him, I received a quick and reassuring response. He even gave me tips and suggestions on how to take care of my plant once I received it. It was an awesome experience, and I am very happy with the product! Definitely a trusted vendor from whom I'll buy again in the future!
