Absolutely terrible! I ordered eyebrow tint weeks ago and guess what? It NEVER arrived. I paid for something I didn’t even get! Customer service is useless – no reply, no help, nothing. Total scam. Don’t waste your money or time on this joke of a company. I wish I could give zero stars because they don’t even deserve one.

Sono da anni cliente del salone Trilab Ipercity e la mia esperienza qui è sempre stata fantastica. Personale cordiale, professionale ed impeccabile nel taglio; prodotti impiegati di eccellenza. Un grazie particolare a Giulia G. ormai la mia parrucchiera di fiducia.

La mia esperienza con Trilab è stata pessima.
Ho acquistato una piastra GHD non conforme alle mie aspettative e l’ho resa dopo pochi giorni. Ho inviato il pacco perfettamente imballato. Non hanno accettato il reso perché dicono che io abbia reso il pacco rovinato e non rivendibile senza che ciò fosse reale (certamente il corriere avrà gestito in malo modo la spedizione). Ho tentato una conciliazione (no resa denaro ma cambio articolo) e nonostante questo non hanno in ogni caso accettato la proposta.
Trovo tutto alquanto disonesto è poco collaborativo.

Volevo comprare uno shampoo di una marca riconosciuta ma la ragazza del salone mi ha raccomandato passarmi alla linea Bandusia propria della catena. Il risultato è stato disastroso, il prodotto e veramente pessimo, non fa schiuma, si deve usare una quantità enorme di prodotto e i capelli rimangono duri, asciutti, opachi. Non sono abituata a fare recensioni negative ma vorrei evitare ad altre persone una spesa alta per un prodotto cosi deludente.

Pessima esperienza ho atteso più di una settimana per ricevere i prodotti il corriere aveva indirizzo sbagliato a causa di un loro errore ,hanno unito numero civico e piano dove abito ,per cui.non trovando il palazzo,ha riportato pacco in sede in attesa che IO chiarissi e riprogrammassi la consegna ?! I prodotti dal giovedì 27gennaio- errato indirizzo ,sono arrivati il lunedì 31successivo a me servivano per una trasferta di lavoro e non ho potuto averli con me perchè sono partita la domenica !! L'ordine era stato fatto con largo anticipo il 20 gennaio e Trilab inoltre garantisce sul sito consegne 'a casa tua in 24/72 ore' , cosa che non è avvenuta con il mio ordine !!

Trilab la verità è questa non potete negarlo data ordine effettuato il 20 gennaio spedizione avvenuta il 25 gennaio dal magazzino passaggio corriere con indirizzo errato giovedì 27 gennaio e riconsegna lunedì 31 gennaio !!!!!

I wouldnt give any stars. I recieved a hairdryer that does not work and have sent over 35 emails trying to organise a return . Ive waited in 2 days waiting for fedex to arrive to pick up. 1 st time they where looking for a label which the customer service agent said they would provide but after numerous requests didnt then 2nd time i had a label but driver never arrived. No straightforward instructions at all snd do not answer any queries.

Was informed order was shipped 20 July but, as at 4 August, no order has been received.

excellent service. ordered many times from New Zealand, always got everything in perfect conditions and very fast also during lockdown. customer service always replied to my questions promptly. highly recommended.

I ordered on this website for the first time for my usual Kerastase hair products. In total I purchased 6 products but only 5 arrived in the parcel. I contacted customer support, they quickly checked with the packing office and dispatched the missing item. I will definitely be happy to order from this website again. Bought Redken products, so no complaint about those. However, Trilab displayed a grand total, yet I noticed on my bank statement I was charged more. When I questioned this they stated it's because it's a foreign company and their are extra charges.
Not happy that these are not displayed within the grand total so customers know exactly what they are paying, supposedly its stated in the terms and conditions.
Will never buy from this company again.

Amazing! I am very happy with my purchase. Arrived to UK very quickly - in 4 days, although now due to pandemic everything is very slow (and I totally understand that), I was very suprised. The prices are great and products are genuine. I will definitely buy again. Thank you so much Trilab! Stay safe and keep up your great work! x

I'm really dissapointed about this website, even though they have delivery in UK, they said they can't delivery the hair dryer because the voltage of the item is not compatible in the UK, (In Italy the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz, is the same as in the United Kingdom.).
