All went very well, according to plan, with good attention to detail.

We had a lovely River Cruise. It included flights and transport from the UK to the ship. We had a lovely holiday.

Denise made the whole booking process painless and straightforward. She knew our requirements and met the brief.

We contacted the company and were immediately connected to Denise in the UK. She was extremely kind, patient, professional and very efficient. Within a short amount of time, she provided an ideal product at an incredible price. We booked the cruise with her immediately. She took time with us to share her knowledge and experience and provided us with the level of confidence we needed since this was our first river cruise. We will definitely be working with Denise in the future for all of our river cruise needs.

Denise and the Team always deliver great customer service, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that our holidays are both enjoyable and stress free. With the recent unrest in the Middle East and flight cancellations happening all over the place, Denise worked very hard in the background covering all angles to ensure that we returned home efficiently and safely, without compromising our holiday. It is at times like this that we feel it is really essential to have the reassurance and personal services of an excellent Travel Agent, who responds rapidly to any concerns. Tripse will always be top of our list above any other. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Yet again Kyle continues to provide excellent information on hotels in the area we wanted to visit. He is so knowledgeable and helpful doing all the hard work researching the best deals and the best flight times/costs.
We wanted to go to Dubai and play a couple of days of golf. Even though Kyle doesn't golf, he still managed to find the best hotels near some to courses and the best offers available as well as the best areas to stay in.
He provided us with excellent flight times for both outward and return journeys. Always at the other end of a phone or email, makes me feel so confident in using Tripse. I would always reach out to him before booking holidays. Nothing seems to much trouble for him.

Denise was so helpful and professional right from the start. She listened to what we were looking for and promptly gave us a quote for our trip. She made some really helpful suggestions with different hotel options that we hadn’t considered. She suggested a train journey as one of our internal transport options in Malaysia, again something we wouldn’t have thought about but we really enjoyed, Plus it saved us time and money. Her knowledge and experience was fantastic and every little detail was taken care of.
We had the most amazing holiday and are already looking forward to her booking our next trip. Thank you Denise and Tripse x

I’ve just come back from my Maldives holiday this month, and honestly, everything was absolutely perfect — and that’s largely thanks to Denise.

From the start, she just got it. She understood exactly what I was looking for and put together the most amazing trip without any stress on my side. Every detail was spot on — the resort, the transfers, the little extras — it all ran so smoothly.

What I appreciated most was how helpful and easy she was to deal with. She was always quick to respond, answered all my questions (even the small ones!), and made me feel completely confident that everything was taken care of. That peace of mind made such a difference.

This is the second time we’ve used Tripse to book our holiday, and once again they didn’t disappoint. They take away all the stress of organising flights, internal travel, and all the little details that can make planning overwhelming.

Denise stayed late, hours after her office's incoming phone lines had closed, awaiting my email to say I now had the information she needed to make my booking. She then called me back, and made the booking without fuss, discussing everything in beautifully clear spoken English, and even saving me on the online price.

As always Denise cannot do enough to make sure everything is well organised and that all arrangements are fully in place after the booking has been made.
We have used Tripse a number of times and cannot recommend them highly enough !
