The buying experience was great. Shipping was fast and product was accurate. The only negative is that the website could use a re-design. It was difficult to navigate and understand what product you are purchasing.

The swim buoy I ordered arrived in time and works basically as expected, but I have one complaint. I spent a great deal of time comparing different products, hoping to find a buoy that had an outside pocket where I could tuck a bottle of water to reach it during open water swims without having to deflate the whole device. I even communicated via online chat with a representative of the company and was assured that the float had a pocket. When I got it, the printed instructions included a picture showing the pocket, but the buoy itself has none. It is identical to the one my swimming buddy got from another supplier. This is irritating.
Otherwise, the item works fine.

The order was a gift for a friend, she was very happy with her two items. I did tell her where I ordered the long sleeve water resistant performance top . The Neon pink performance long sleeve top was cancelled. I hope TriSports will have taht item again.

may just be my fault but I would think ordering aerobar endcaps would get me a pair not just a single cap, again may just be my fault for not carefully reading the page

TriSports has the products I need for training and gets them to me in a timely manner. Additionally, I like that when you buy nutrition products in bulk they provide you with a discount, which sounds like common sense, but not everyone does this.

Good overseas postage options, rapid service. 3 days and in my hand in U.K.
