DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scammers. You will NEVER receive what you ordered. I have reported them to BBB. If you just look them up on google, everyone is talking about how big of a scam this company is.

Same story. Ordered what I thought was 4 straps of high quality and was sent a 1'' strap. They are a scam and I will devote the next month to exposing them to every consumer advocacy group that I can find

Bought a ratchet strap from them through Instagram. It was advertised as retractable ratchet straps. However, when it arrived (45 days later) it was a regular ratchet strap. It isn’t retractable and it is only one.

If I could offer 0 star I would. An absolute scam. I also ordered the Rhino retractable straps and what I received was definitely not what was pictured and what I ordered. I eventually got a refund of $21. Not a full refund but I had to fight for even that.
Even their package tracking is inaccurate. Mine showed it came from Ireland and when it finally arrived it had a Texas address label. Turns out it came from China and if I wanted a full refund I would have to send the straps back to China at my own expense.

What I ordered does not match what I received.
I order 4 straps and I got only one, off brand and it seems to be a used unit. When I ordered my straps they added additional $$ without my permission. It took 32 days to get the part. The return policy is a scam. quality is at level zeroooo.
Do Not order anything from this company, it is total RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Ordered the Retractable Rachet Straps on Christmas Special Ad. Received an ordinary strap after waiting 6 weeks. Customer support put on good show wanting to provide service but then claimed the product received was the correct one. PayPal able to get them to accept return only if I paid shipping to China.
Scam and Ripoff!

Terrible service. I ordered 4 rhino retractable straps I received 1 off brand strap. Upon reaching out. They replied with

‘However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 4 US dollars.
Will that be acceptable’

Comprato in promozione natalizia 2 pacchi di cinture a cricchetto retrattili che dovevano essere della RhinoUSA, invece mi sono arrivate due classiche cinghie a cricchetto normalissime di pessima qualità e con spedizione da Hong Kong mentre doveva essere stato inviato dall'America.

I wish I had checked out these reviews before purchasing as I see there are more who have purchased the retractable ratchet straps. I purchased them at the beginning of December, thinking they were durable and retractable (which is how their site described them). What I received about a month and a half later was anything but. They were not retractable at all and were absolute trash quality. When I complained, saying they are misrepresenting their product in their descriptions and I did not receive what I ordered, they would only offer me a $9 refund - and said if I wanted a full refund, I would have to pay for shipping to send it back. This site is a total scam! Stay away!

I ordered from an advertisement they had for 4 Rino retractable ratchet straps made in USA on a 70% off Christmas sale on Dec.3rd and what I recived over a month later was 1 single regular non-retractable ratchet strap. Cost me $58. For a $6.00 ratchet strap, that I could have bought at our local hardware store.
When I contacted their Customer ServiceDept through a email and sent them pictures of their advertisement that I ordered from and a picture of what I recieved, they responded that they where sorry for my frustration and would refund me $7 US.
Please don't order from this store, they are scammers and will just steal your money. And insult you with offering to return about only about 8% of what you paid them.

scam...i fell for the retractable straps, too... luckily paid with paypal.. one phonecall and i had my money back. Seller lied, sent a cheap tie down from USA with tracking for A$98 , then asked to send it back to china !!! offered $10 refund

offers high quality products at low prices and ships 1$/€ products. Returns are more expensive than the product and as compensation they offer a fraction of the price

I wish I had read these reviews before I tried to purchase 2x rhino retractable straps, after 2 months a single cheap std strap arrived in bubble wrap that I could have bought for £4 not the 47 usd I paid !! Complete scam company no chance of getting any money back DO NOT BUY FROM TRUMPITY . COM !!!!

This company is a complete scam they advertise a box of 4 retractable ratchet straps in a heavy duty carry bag which I paid $62.00AUD They send you 1 regular strap that would cost around $5.00AUD…I contacted them and they offered me a $4.00AUD refund. They are a fraudulent company and have ripped thousands of people off…if they have defrauded you make a claim/dispute through your bank they will get your money back 👌🏽

The company is scamming you. I've ordered 4 Retractable Ratchet Straps and only received one and that wasn't the kind of Ratchet Strap that was shown in the pictures. Since I've paid by debit card (Apple Pay) it seems impossible to get the money back.
