It is clear that TRTBanners is a customer-oriented company that wishes to provide the highest quality products. When I had to contact customer service with questions before I made my purchase, a representative responded promptly. After ordering online and uploading my artwork, the 2 Retractable Tabletop Banners I ordered were in my hand 7 days later, which was 4 days before the predicted arrival date... And that was even over a holiday! The print quality is impeccable. The color is just as I expected and all images came out crisp and clear. The banner stand is sturdy and the retractable feature is very easy to use with minimal effort required to display it. I am so thrilled with my purchases and will return to TRTBanners in the future because of their great customer service, fair prices, and high-quality products.

We were wary of ordering online but TRT Banners made the whole process simple, and easy. (Insert applause for the customer service team for their support and knowledgeable responses.) The products themselves are high-quality and arrived in a VERY timely manner.

I supplied the artwork and was amazed at how quickly we received our wall sticker. The quality of the sticker was very good and we had no problems mounting it in our wall. What a wonderful addition to our office.

Banner did not come as specified. I ordered two similar but different banners. With clear explanation the banners came exactly the same which is not what I wanted. I clearly confirmed the changes in an email.

I am currently in contact to resolve the issue. Looks like they will send me a new one.

Poor communication. I was told all communications are done via email only. Employees should also be allowed to phone customers for questions and urgent needs. Supervisor that I spoke to regarding my order was very unprofessional and somewhat ignorant. I would be worried about her dealing with any future customers. Antwan Chisholm was very professional and helpful.

The banners were great, The bags they come in are great, the material the banners are made will last a long time out in the weather. We use them in emergency response to identify our facilities and we are very pleased

I ordered a printed backdrop 42” x 80” earlier this year for headshots, and I’m pretty happy with it, so I ordered another one, no print, for when I need just a white background. Delivered when expected. Same quality. These type of backdrops might feel a bit fragile compared to old style, heavy duty equipment, but they are just fine for me. I love the light weight, and the one I bought months ago is still working perfectly. Only complaint here is that I paid the same price for the blank canvas as I had paid for the printed one. Ah, yes, be ready to let it air a bit because the vinyl has a strong smell in the beginning. But overall, I like the company and the product. Recommend.

I have never had a vendor go so out of their way to make sure all was right. We ordered a replacement banner that was supposed to be able to be installed by us, but we could not make it happen and we missed a client deadline. It was a shame because the product looked great, but they reprinted, installed on a new frame, and delivered to us as a make good. Now that's customer service!
