No support at all. No answer either by mail or telephone.
In fact it appears now that the company has shut down in 2018. It is unbelievable that their website is still online, accepting paiements. In my case I could cancel it and get my money back after several weeks, thanks to Transferwise. Don't order anything from Trusleep.

Im absolutely appalled at the single and double mattress i received from this company through an irisb voucher site! Firstly the two mattresses are completely different to what i ordered through this voucher site. The smell of unbearable chemicals coming through the mattresses is horrendous. The bedroom is full of this toxic smell. My son cant sleep on these mattresses which were for his new bunk bed! I did not order these awful, cheap and nasty mattresses. Im expecting a full refund Trusleep! If you take the mattress cover off inside is a joke... springs with a sheet of light foam!!! Its an absolute disgrace!

Trusleep why do you only reply to the good reviews?? How about replying to mine! MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE BACK THE AWFUL MATTRESSES YOU SENT ME AND ORGANISE MY REFUND??

Update - received a full refund. Voucher site customer service brilliant! However i will never buy frim this site again.

STILL NO REAL RESPONSE FROM TRUSLEEP ABOUT THE SENDING ME THE WRONG MATTRESS DESPITE CONSTANT EMAILS AND TELEPHONE MESSAGES THAT I LEFT JUST AUTO EMAILS IN RETURN SAYING THEY WILL CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS WHICH THEY NEVER DO BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY I KNOW IT HAS A LOT OF FAVORABLE REVIEWS AND I AM AN OLD CUSTOMER WHICH IS WHY I ORDERED FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE THE MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY ARE VERY GOOD BUT IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE OR IF A CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY THEN THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE ANY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH THEM AND AS TO THIS COMPANY I WILL NOT GO AWAY I WANT A FULL REFUND AS YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAY YOU SENT THE WRONG MATTRESS SO PLEASE SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT SHARRON SORSKY

They are a disreputable operation in my experience and also after reading nothing but bad reviews via Trustpilot, after the fact unfortunately for me.

I ordered a mattress from them on 18th June via an Irish voucher website. I was emailed to say it had been shipped on 24th June. But nothing arrived by the due date and I never received any tracking information to investigate. I emailed them via the voucher site and received no reply. I did manage to get through to someone called Sam in Trusleep who could not describe my order to me, he told me that Parcel Force must have lost my mattress!! The size of it!! The track ID he gave me was only issued on receiving details of what was to be shipped, Parcel Force never received the mattress at all.

Trusleep's customer service is basically non existent. The guy who answers the phone it's clear speaking to him you are dealing with a cowboy outfit. He assured me yesterday mid morning I would receive a replacement being shipped out via another courier company that day, I gave him my mobile number and I asked him to message me/call me the track ID as soon as he had it and I have not heard from him since and there is no one answering the phone yesterday afternoon or all day today.

*UPDATE* - Got a full refund thanks only to the prompt customer service of the voucher site.

Terrible service, don’t buy from them through wowcher as you will not get the mattress promised and they won’t collect it

Do not buy through a voucher company as you will get some dodgy mattress.
We received a mattress that was not fit for purpose and ended up in landfill as they would not even come and get it.
It was a mattress for my child with a so called 'removable washable cover'. When the cover was taken off, this was the only thing holding the whole thing together! I was horrified.
Be warned, the telephone number on their website, they earn money from and you get through to someone with a name that is also heightens suspicion.
What was strange is I was eventually sent a very decent mattress, but only after reporting them. So they do have decent stuff, but they clearly are trying to sell dodgy stuff through voucher sites, so watch out for that! Something very strange going on.

We got a new Trusleep king size mattress It was delivered on time and is very comfortable BUT the problem we have is the smell there is a horrible musty smell I have left it airing every day since we received it but the smell still there PLEASE can you help I hope to hear back from you

We have just taken delivery of a 3 inch deep , memory foam topper. This is the third one we have purchased from Trusleep, over a ten year period. My wife ordered the two previous ones. I ordered this one as a bit of a surprise, to replace the one we gave our Daughter for her guest bedroom. This of course is for our benefit when visiting her. Due to a couple of health issues, I have found these toppers indispensable. I made an error with my order, requesting a king instead of a double. Realising my mistake, I left a voicemail message early the same evening. The next day ,Terry returned my call, rearranged the order, and the new topper was delivered 28hours later, in time for my Daughters bank holiday visit.
A very durable, comfortable product. Great service and a fair price.

What an excellent company to deal with. They are so helpful on the phone and over email, explain all their products so you can make the choice right for you. I did have a slight problem with the product I ordered but this was soon corrected with no hassle to me. I would recommend this company and their products and will be ordering from them again.

I have just order my third matress this year from Trusleep - this one was a present for my brother who visited and loved the guest matress in my house. As he is disabled and lives in an upstairs flat I asked Trusleep if they could get the delivery driver to carry the matress upstairs. They rang me with a number of options and ended up making the package as small as possible and throwing in a couple of pillows - so even though they couldn't tell the courrier what to do, they really made a big effort to be as helpful as possible. The matress was delivered very quickly, as promised (and is now upstairs in the right place). Full marks to Trusleep!

First and foremost this is not a review on the mattress but trusleep customer service. 2 months ago I ordered a super king mattress. When it didn’t arrive within 4 weeks I reached out to them and was told the delivery company hadn’t been able to contact me to do the delivery ....then I get a buzz at my apartment saying I have a delivery from trusleep. Delivery fella brings me two pillows? 🤔 I didn’t order pillows so I email trusleep again letting them know that pillows have arrived and not the mattress. Again I never ordered pillows. I’m given the name of the company that was going to deliver the mattress and find out that as I live in an apartment this is unable to be delivered...so fair enough I understand, and mattress gets sent back.. I send another email letting trusleep know with tracking details ...mattress arrives back in UK over 2 weeks ago..I’m told I won’t get a refund until I send their pillows back (that I never ordered) so now it’s been a week since I’ve returned them through their logistics company they sent them by .....and yep still no refund. It’s not even about the measly €300.00 it’s that I hate the fact that a company can be so unprofessional and have such bad integrity as to keep coming up with one thing after another...trusleep you are a disgrace!

I bought an ortho 130 made to measure mattress for my daughters cabin bed. Brilliant company, excellent customer service supplied by Harry, informative, friendly and helpful. Service was excellent ordered at 3.30pm Wednesday mattress delivered Friday morning absolutely amazing, as yet we have not tried mattress as with instructions had to unroll and allow to rest & reform but quality looks good size & fit accurate to measurements supplied but I'm sure it will be comfortable completely happy with purchase, value for money. All in all incredible service highly recommend this company. M PRUDDEN

I sent my enquiry by e-mail on Sunday and received response the next day. On the Tuesday I replied with an order confirmation and a couple of hours later received a phone call and we verified my request. We chose the airflow max, and needed a made to measure size as my son's bed is extra long, the mattress arrived on the Thursday morning at 8am! Unbelievable turnaround and delivery and an extremely comfortable purchase. Excellent customer service from Harry too. If you're considering a made to measure mattress then look no further.

We have had 6 air flow mattresses over many years, firstly custom made when we were living on a narrow boat and now have one in every room in our house! All love our beds, and guests always comment on how comfortable the mattress is. Really lovely mattresses by a lovely bunch of people!

I ordered a custom sized mattress and the customer service I received at the time of ordering and since has been exceptional. The mattress arrived very quickly and was of very good quality, everything I could have asked for and more. I would certainly recommend Trusleep.
