Do they want my business or not?
The whole life policy was approved and issued in a timely manner. But even before I received my policy I started receiving calls from TruStage telemarketers trying to increase my coverage amount, and also received emails and junk snail mail trying to increase my policy amount. The policy isn't a month old yet. Now they asked me to take a survey about my experience with TruStage and it asked why I didn't increase my coverage amount when the telemarketer called. If TruStage didn't want to issue the policy at the face amount requested, then they should have rejected the application and not issued the policy. This constant upselling is getting ridiculous and makes me question if benefits will be paid out when I die.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM!!!! their customer service representative are disrespectful and will talk to you any kind of way. The cancellation process is ridiculous and if you do not get paperwork in the mail about your policy they do not care at all. I am going to report them to the BBB.
