Pedram was superb to deal with, creating a smooth transaction and collection process.
The company supplied me with an excellent low mileage van, at a price that was competitive with other transit centres.
Also arranged the fitting of additional security locks, ready for when I picked up the vehicle.
I will definitely use them for any future purchases.

Overall great experience - came into a one car and left with a better more expensive car but one that was more aligned to my needs as a first time nervous driver. Got to test as many as I needed, and I tested at least three from if memory serves. Generally buying a car is exhausting and we were there for hours but overall really good service and they offered us refreshments when needed. The only gripe that I have is that they delivered my car to the wrong place but was quickly remedied.

We only buy a car once a decade or so and were a bit apprehensive about replacing our Ford after 160,000 miles. We need not have worried. Whilst browsing the Ford range in Epsom, we bumped into Nick who encouraged us to sit in the models we liked and to test drive the one we really liked. He was relaxed and friendly letting us move at our pace, there was no hurry or pressure, which we really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly. We had a weekend to mull over our choice. We found the whole process very straightforward and stress-free, even enjoyable ! Thank you Nick (Hunt).

Test drive was arranged easily and plenty of time allowed to try out the car. Nathan was very helpful and made sure everything was explained to us in a very polite, friendly and un-pushy manner. New car was made ready on agreed collection date, nicely cleaned and prepared and fully charged.
Tip for any new customers; once purchase is agreed, get the TrustFord bank details ahead of time, don't expect to complete payment at time of delivery unless you are very familiar and well set up to do the Open Banking transaction.
