I recently returned from a dream holiday organized by Tru Xperience, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, personalized, and absolutely unforgettable. The communication and professionalism of the team was exceptional and I felt safe and excited from the beginning to the end of the trip. Don’t think about it, trust Tru Xperience to plan your next adventure!

Ruth organized our trip completely on our wishes, and more. Everyday was a surprise (how are the hotels/rooms etc?), but all hotels/rooms were great. This was the first time my boyfriend and me did an organized trip but this will not be the last one. It was great to know that we were in safe and great places in the towns and cities. Also I loved the personal contact; I could always call or app Ruth. This was exactly what we needed because we were a little bit nervous to go to South Africa by ourselves and travel around. Everything was well arranged. When I forgot something in a hotel, Ruth made sure I received it back in Capetown. So our experience was great and I would truly recommend getting an itinary by Ruth instead of TUI for example.

Booked a safari trip beginning of this year for the second time and I was blown away with the level of personal touch, experience and attention to detail of Tru Xperience. The trip was well planned to suit our budget and time and above all, chose the most beautiful accommodations and excursions. We loved every bit and in comparison to our friends that had travelled similar journeys, we paid far less. Great service delivery, highly competitive pricing and excellent knowledge of Africa travel.
