Don’t play here. You might get through couple withdrawals but then they will block your withdrawal without giving you any explanation besides “internal investigation”. I have reached out to support many time asking why I’m unable to withdraw, what can I provide as documents and provided everything they asked and they just said “it’s with finance department now” my money is just sitting on my account while they take days - 5 so far to do whatever their doing but let’s be real they’re just waiting for me to spend it. I’ve used the same account for deposits and withdrawals and verified now all of a sudden there is a mysterious issue with it they won’t disclose. Never had that happen especially over few hundred $. Do not trust this place with your money there are many other legitimate casinos out there like winspirit, slotsgem… been with those for years with same banking info never had issues but tsars are thieves their support staff is useless and you cannot reach out to their “finance department” directly probably because it doesn’t even exist. Worst experience I had ever had.

I had played at this casino for few months have made some deposits and withdrawal via interact (etransfer) 2 days ago I was asked to verify my account once again to withdraw the same way, i uploaded all documents and was verified quietly quickly. But when I went to withdraw my funds the interface option was gone. The casino still offers interact deposits but not withdrawals - the method they JUST ASKED me to verify again. I contacted support and they referred me to crypto withdrawals - except I had never used that nor do I have any crypto. The support team then asked me to get my bank info in order to withdraw- again the same info I JUST used for verification- alas I resent it. And I haven’t heard an update since then. So my money is just sitting there, I’ve asked support to provide me a time frame of resolution and they can’t provide it- it’s impossible. Would have loved to upload dozen of screen shots but unable here. Never in my life had I need to wait days for casino to simply send funds via bank transfer or etransfer. They clearly are not planning on solving this and their support is completely useless. I know they’ll come in here give some generic lazy response to contacts their support again but why? They’re useless anyway don’t make my mistake gamble elsewhere. I had never in my life been so angry and frustrated with a casino. Will update in a week if this was resolved or not.

Update: after waiting for 6 days finally received my withdrawal. Still don’t know why there was an investigation with financial department and why it took this long, they used the same withdrawal method I have used and verified in the past. Unfortunately trust has been lost and I found it extremely irritating how nobody could give me a concrete information for days. Happily deleted my account as this was way too chaotic of process for me.
