Disappointing handling of my complaint
I "attended" the TWICE concert at Ziggo Dome on 31 May 2026 with my daughter and her friend friend. Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience ended with me being removed from the venue by TSC security. The reason given for my removal has changed during the complaint process. Initially, TSC Crowd Management stated that I was removed because I was “dancing too exuberantly” and disturbing other visitors. However, later they stated that the report DIDN'T mention dancing and instead referred to a disagreement about my place near the barricade. I strongly dispute both the way the situation was handled and the explanations provided. I was filming the concert, and I have video evidence from before my removal showing my behaviour. Despite this, my evidence wasn't reviewed because TSC stated they do not have access to Ziggo Dome’s footage and refused to request it. What concerns me is that I was removed while I was responsible for two 13 year old girls. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated. The lack of a consistent explanation and the refusal to verify the facts objectively left me feeling that I was not treated fairly.
I am still requesting a proper review of the available evidence and a fair resolution. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the way security decisions are handled at Ziggo Dome events.
