Commande passée le samedi, BAT reçu le lundi, commande envoyée le mardi et reçue le mercredi. J'avais une question posée par téléphone et j'ai été très bien accueillie. Service au top donc ! Quant à la qualité, les chemises sont de bonne qualité (marque Kariban) et le marquage est bien positionné. Je recommande !

Commande passée pour plusieurs t-shirts, tout les fichiers ont été envoyés correctement, en respectant la transparence, et ils ont réussi à nous imprimer du blanc sur blanc là ou il devait ne rien y avoir (transparence png), inutile de faire une réclamation ils vous enverront bouler.

Bought this for my 16 year old son who loves it. Washes like a dream, no need to iron.

attention arnaque !!!
ne répond pas aux réclamations... puis quand vous insistez, le délai est dépassé !!! impossible de se faire rembourser !!!
Attention au site : on vous propose des options et si elles ne sont pas disponibles, on vous en facture d'autres (sans vous prévenir) .
Et cerise sur le gâteau imprime des lettres noires sur des sweat shirts gris foncés sans se poser la moindre question !!!! (sur les photos, les sweats étaient gris clairs)
Donc site pas sérieux et irrespectueux !!!
faites travailler des gens prêts de chez vous avec qui vous pouvez discuter.
A éviter absolument

J'ai commandé des t shirts pour un Enterrement de vie de jeune fille , j'ai eu des petits soucis de manip pendant la commande Mais c'est facile de les joindre par téléphone donc le problème etait très rapidement réglé . Je recommande ce site ;)

I was disconnected 3 times trying to pay for my order over the phone. I was also put on hold for 20 mins. When someone answered the phone, I was transferred to another client who was trying to place an order.

My order was late and no one called to let me know it was ready. I had to show up and hope my order was finished.

The actual order once received was great but my ordering process experience has tarnished my relationship with Tshirt Express. I will never do work with them again.

It was a pleasure ordering the t-shirts for our walk-a-thon.

Very cordial, accommodating and fast service, but perhaps because it was a bit of a rush job, they got a lot of things wrong. Two hanes t-shirts instead of American Apparel, which I'd paid a little extra for. And both shirts were Large, instead of M and S as I'd requested. The shirts look great and the service is very quick -- I just wish they'd gotten it right, especially for the price of the shirts!

Such a great find! They did my t-shirts last minute for me and had them ready ahead of schedule. A complete pleasure to work with.

Have been using T-Shirt Express for many years and they have always been wonderful to work with- they are quick, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Not to mention they are local and seem family-oriented, which is always a plus in my book.
