I recently ordered a pair of work shorts from Tuff Shop, but unfortunately the size I chose was too small. I contacted their sales department by email to arrange an exchange, and Helen handled my request.

There was a supplier problem with the ordered boots, Nicky went out of her way to offer alternatives and persisted with the manufacturer to obtain a delivery date and kept an eye on the order until it was delivered.

Had an issue with shipping address due to using PayPal so called TuffShop direct to see if it was possible to change, Robert answered the phone and couldn’t be more helpful made it easy just asked for address no hassles job done even having the courtesy to send another email as verification very good customer service don’t get that often these days.

I bought a pair of portwest trousers and the button popped off, through DPD’s incompetency it was a long process getting the trousers back to portwest but Helen was very helpful throughout the process. I now have a replacement on order.

Tuff Shop offered some high-quality products for the site/casualwear, that I couldn’t really find anywhere else in the UK. Decent prices and excellent customer service as well. Jack (who I believe is based in Leeds) was particularly helpful, professional and quick with updating me on the status of my order.

Tuffshop are new to me, but a super company. They have an excellent range of work products and their customer service is both prompt and friendly. For example, I have needed to return a pair of work boots for a different size. Helen Jackson from the Sales Dept has been really efficient and helpful in explaining the uncomplicated process.
