Worst experience buying a I've evehad. These are cheap hats sent in from China, nothing custom about these. False advertisement all around and no easy returns. They sent me a hat that was in a box too small and was crushed. I attempted to return it and got nothing but robot responses. Stay far away from this company false advertisement on everything.

Just wanted a simple, everyday hat, and this one's perfect!

Folks, in order to test legitimacy before buying, here's a few key reminders and these are basic research stuff

AI Research- (does help if you ask for statics, surveys, websites, etc.)
1. Ask ChatGPT to scan surveys, besides from your own research

2. Screenshot the photo and from your gallery there should be an option of Google Lense which enables you to Google search whether it was merely screenshotted or actually "their" product

3. Pft. Besides the impossible scummy prices. Scan prioritized pages on the website, especially the biography page and "Contact Us" page, along if they have any social media. Which btw in their bio, did not state any year at all. If it helps, why not have a side by side authentic western attire website. I'd personally annihilate/remove the phrase: "At Tumahy, we live in breathe hats" and a few other that sounds like it's begging for five golden stars on a test sheet. Sounds awkward too and it's a whole bunchuv bull.

4. Where the products derive from (and it's from China btw. Those folks aren't even hiding the info)

And you can even add your own ways to this list, but do y'self a favour and shop locally or somewhere trusted.

To add one last fact generally speakin, when buyin cowboy/western attire: it's just better to buy em' in-person cause every will most likely boot (-you can even request to stretch the boot leather if you have calves-), and like ever hat, and just like every saddle WILL fit/feel differently because it will have to be a blend of your comfortability, style wanted and worked with, and how it's suppose to feel.

I regret not reading reviews as I normally would. You don't even receive an order acknowledgement email and the company name is different to the one stated on their website. The products aren't as advertised, and you have to wait weeks for them, without knowing if the order has ever been processed.

The shirts ordered came & is nothing like the photos on their site . I ordered Embrodiered shirts with press studs what arrived was printed designs on a very thin shirt material with white plastic buttons nothing like the foyos on their site. They wud not pay for the returns they offered me a 10% discount then a 30% discount but that wudve still meant i was paying over £90 for shirts that are on sale for £12 on other sites . Because they won't pay for the returns on false advertised shirts it's cost me £31 to return them n I feel they should have pd as it is not the product I ordered
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company Don't , stay well clear from this company .

Crap crap crap ? Why didn’t I read the reviews 1st , I’m the first person to tell everyone to read reviews first but I went ahead and brought 2 hats a belt and a shirt, only 2 hats came and I’ve seen same on eBay for £10 , I feel conned I hate these people so much I can even give this sh*t away and they carry on trading . I’ve got loads more to say but I’m now fuming so much

Totally rubbish. Looked amazing on the website, so paid slightly more than I would normally l. When it arrived it didn't look as advertised. Missing interesting features, generally feel and aesthetic all wrong. Like a cheap hat you could buy from a costume shop.

Ich habe  einen Filzhut gekauft. Er wurde als stilvolle Replik eines zeitlosen Designs beschrieben: Hut eine stilvolle Nachbildung eines zeitlosen Designs, mit handgewickelter Puggaree-Band verleiht ihm eine elegante Note. Filzwolle.Leider, es ist nichts echtes  Filzwolle, eher mit Pappe, und das Band dient lediglich als Verpackungsmaterial. Fazit: rausgeschmissenes Geld.

The hats are knockoffs of the pictures they show. The products come from China so you cannot return without spending alot. My hat arrived two months after purchasing and it was very poor in quality. Still waiting for a partial refund.

Hat was cheap nasty $5 hat. Looked nothing like the website photographs. The website is a sham and a lie. Do not spend your money here.

I purchased a Panama Hat from Tumahy’s website for $59.95. The presentation online was attractive, and I believed I was getting a good value — something comparable to a $100-quality hat.

The reality was very different. The hat took nearly six weeks to arrive and was shipped in a box far too small, leaving it crushed into a tight ball. It required extensive steaming and reshaping just to make it wearable.

In the end, what I received was not a quality Panama hat but something that resembled a $15 beach hat. Very disappointing and not at all what was advertised.

They are a bait and switch company. The advertised product is not what you get. Absolute cheap knock offs. Banding, trim, liner are all cheap insert products. These are cheap knock off made in China. They did not even provide a manufacturer's tag.

This company isn’t legit. I waited over a month for the hat. When I got it, after filing a complaint with PayPal, it wasn’t the hat that I ordered. I ordered an extra large and it wasn’t still too small. When I asked to return it, they offered me a 10% refund and 20% off my next purchase. Do not buy from them. It’s a scam.

Do not buy from these thieves. The hat is a piece of crap. Junk. Garbage. The kind of hat you’d buy at a costume store for about $5 on Halloween. Save your money. I wish I had!!!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. The company is a scam or at least they:

1. do not know how to make hats.
2.they know nothing about logistics at all
(My order came crushed in the box… like the box was fine my hat was shoved inside the box)
Also I ordered in MARCH and got the wrong damaged crappiest hat ever in AUGUST!

5. Thief costumer service told me they would not give me a delivery date and that would not guarantee anything. Literally that’s what they said.

They are not a company. It’s a scam at best, but that is too good of a name. They are the cheapest con that is pitiful on the street spitting at you to give them money. Don’t do it.

Cheap hat. Made of paper. Didn’t fit. Mailed in a small box and the hat was all crumpled up. Horrible quality. An absolute scam, the hat came from Hong Kong China. Took over 2 months to get it after numerous emails which only on reply which was a generated email. Never again. I just lost 70 dollars for a 10 dollar dime store child’s hat

My bad experience with Tuhamy began on 3rd May 2025 when I ordered a hat size XL from this firm believing it to be an American company. When hat was delivered it came from China It was the wrong size and also slightly damaged on arrival. I got in touch immediately but their reply was automated and claimed that they would respond in 3 to 4 days. After waiting few days longer, I got in touch again and did get a human response but still no action was taken to return or replace the hat. Despite several other attempts they, after 3 months of messaging them, have still not resolved the issue. They have served me very badly by not replacing or refunding me for the goods that I bought. Beware of the Tumahy cheats.

Kauft da nichts. Monatelange Wartezeit. Unsinnige Emails auf die man nicht antworten kann. Unklarheit, ob man den Hut tatsächlich bekommt. Habe für 56 Euro einen Hut bestellt. Faschingshutqualität dafür bekommen. Dazu ca. 10 Euro Porto. Als der Hut nach zwei Monaten ankam, wollte der Postbote noch 8,95 Euro. (1,44 euro Zoll und 6,95 Euro DHL fürs das Verauslagen der Zollgebühr). Das hat einem vorher natürlich keiner gesagt. Als ich den Hut aus der Schachtel nahm, kam er völlig verbeult an. Die Ware kann man zu nichts mehr gebrauchen.
