I still haven't received my stuff! The email on website isn't even working.

The quality of what you are getting is very cheap I mean like costume jewelry cheap and they will mess up your order and it takes forever to get here so if I was you save your money and do not buy from this crappy website with crappy costume jewelry stuff that costs like 30 bucks trust me I'm doing you a favor listen to me

I purchased items on 4/25/2020 I have not heard from you guy’s I even sent an email don’t let this happen to you do the right thing and respond to your customers

Placed an order the third week of April. No tracking number or order confirmation. Finally received a tracking number with a third party handler called Hysan LLC. The tracking hasn’t been updated in over week. Total scam.

Its been 4+ weeks and I haven't gotten the necklace i got for my mom. This is a scam (: yaaaaaay. Thank you Facebook for giving out false companies to order from and lscrew you tutulver for taking my money.

Don't waste your time. Placed order 2 weeks prior to mother's day. Still nothing. Have tried multiple times to correspond with merchant, responses received didn't even address the question I posed. Dispute filed. Save yourself a headache and just go elsewhere.

I ordered a necklace a week before Mother’s Day and still have not received my order. “Customer Service” did respond thru email and said they were to provide a tracking number but I’m afraid that I’m being strung along based on others reviews.

I’ll likely just dispute this charge on my credit card and find something else from a reputable company.

I ordered a necklace on 4/23/20 for my mother for Mother’s Day. 3 weeks later no necklace. I started emailing & they kept putting me off. I finally gave up & filed a claim with PayPal. I got a full refund today.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, use PayPal. They will always back you up.

Ordered a mug for mothers day over a week before and paid extra for 6 day shipping. It has been almost three weeks now and still no product. I can not find a phone number to call and they have not responded to any of my emails. I will be going to the bank soon to file a complaint to see if I can reverse payment. I will never order from this company again.

So my lovely girlfriend decided to order two really gorgeous necklaces for both of our mothers. Lot of love put into them and she ordered them on May 2nd and here we are 3 weeks later with no updates and no necklaces. She’s tried to email them and everything and nothing. These sumbags scammed her and from what I’ve seen on their Facebook page, she wasn’t the only one. Whats worse everytime someone responds to where their order is they simply give a copy and paste response or a condescending response. Simply put f this website for being absolute b****** to people just wanting to give their loved ones nice gifts. Report them when you can as everyone tries to get their money back.
