Tyne and Wear Heating fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler for us today. From the initial quote, to fitting the boiler, Nathan has been exceptional. Excellent communication from start to finish. I contacted Nathan from Tyne & Wear Heating as I needed a CP12 gas safety certificate for a rental property. Nathan's communication was swift and efficient. He contacted my tenant and agreed a time and date. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I received an emailed copy of the CP12 along with invoice for payment. I have just had a new vaillant combi boiler fitted by Nathan and Carl. I was worried beforehand as I had never used this company before but I needn't have worried as they were fantastic. The old system was taken out which wasn't an easy job but they handled it all very well. The scrap man came to take everything away as soon as it was out and therefore not sitting outside my house all day. New pipe work added to convert the system to a combi. All done internally rather than having pipe work outside which makes it all look nicer and it feels safer having all the copper pipe work indoors. The electrician even came out on the first day which allowed the heating to be put on gently on the first night. Nice little added bonus not being left cold. The guys were great, everything was tidied up afterwards and they were amazing regarding my animals. Always telling me beforehand if there was going to be any loud noise so that I could make sure they were all OK. I would definitely recommend Tyne and Wear Heating to anyone and I will be using them again for servicing.

Nathan and his team recently fitted a boiler for me after a flood shorted out our previous one. A very friendly and professional service with great communication throughout. Fitted on a Sunday as we had been without heat or hot water for nearly two weeks. Can’t recommend them enough...Excellent!

Just had a new Combi boiler fitted, Nathan and Carl very professional, their work was to the highest standard, would not hesitate to have them back for any other work I would need doing,and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We've recently had our Back boiler replaced with a new boiler and all new radiators, by Nathan, Carl, and their apprentice. Their work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly throughout.

Just had a boiler fitted by Nathaniel and Carl it was not an easy job as an old back boiler and fire had to be removed and new piping installed.they cleaned up after themselves so no mess afterwards both are very pleasant. Competitive rates as well . Would highly recommend them and a 10 year guarantee as well .

Realising I had to change my boiler I set about getting 3 quotes from various companies. I chose Tyne & Wear Heating (Nathan) as the most outstanding, both in product offer and competitive quote as well as personality and trustworthiness, (being in my home for two days, both of these were important to me). The excellent workmanship, cleanliness and neatness of both Nathan and Carl’s work is highly impressive. We are over the moon with our new boiler, it looks fantastic, it’s very professionally fitted, with the added benefit of a 10 year warranty, and the confidence that we now have a trustworthy and diligent heating engineer that we can call on in the future should we need any assistance in our household heating system. Tyne and Wear Heating (Nathan) was recommended on Wednesday morning by a friend when British Gas advised my old boiler could not be fixed. Nathan visited my property very quickly that morning and provided me with a very competitive quote to replace the boiler. Two days later the new Vailant boiler has been fitted and a new CP12 certificate provided. Excellent job...a very happy customer who can highly recommend this friendly, professional business.

Tyne and Wear Heating to carried out various work on mine, friends and families boilers including emergency repairs and the securing of the gas and removal of a back boiler in my new property. Nathan is very professional and gives me expert advice. I recently purchased a new home and Nathan gave me some advice on boiler problems I had.
