Wouldn't go near them again,ordered tyres on the 28th of last month,made an enquiry yesterday and couldn't be told who the Carrier was or a delivery date,looked for a refund and now i have shipping information, dispatched today and they are trying to tell me they were dispatched on the 6th.

Very disappointing experience – old tyres and extremely difficult returns

I purchased two new tyres in good faith, expecting a matching pair with similar production dates (DOT). Instead, I received tyres with very different and old DOT numbers (one from 2022 and one from 2023). This is not what a customer reasonably expects when ordering a pair of new tyres.

From the beginning, resolving this issue was unnecessarily complicated. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and repeatedly delayed. Different answers were given at different stages, and the return process felt intentionally discouraging.

Eventually, I was informed that returning the tyres would involve return fees of £45 per tyre, which makes the return economically unreasonable. This comes after weeks of back-and-forth, despite the issue clearly originating on the seller’s side.

What is most concerning is that the seller is fully aware that they are shipping old stock, yet this is treated as normal, while the burden and cost of correcting the issue are pushed onto the customer. The return procedure appears designed to make customers give up rather than resolve the problem fairly.

I am also concerned about the long-term safety and quality of older tyres — aged rubber may lead to issues such as cracking or balancing problems, making any future warranty claim something I would not even want to deal with after this experience.

Based on how this case was handled, I would not recommend this seller and would strongly advise others to check DOT dates carefully before purchasing.

I recently purchased online four Michelin 20" tyres from this company. Despite receiving a bill of sale, after the purchase, they declined to honour the sale as they said they had 'made a mistake' with their online pricing. Despite repeated requests they would not despatch the tyres I had purchased. Many weeks have passed and I I still have not received a refund of the monies paid. My advice, stay well away from this company.

Absolutely disgraceful service! I bought the tyre, what supposed to be in stock at certain price, paid immediately and waited for my tyre to arrive! Only several days later, when tyre was supposed to arrive, they sent me an e-mail stating that the tyre type is sold out on certain depot's but it is available on their other depot's but at different (higher) price. What a load of monke...business. After all, after logging in to their web-site, there was no option to add the requested price difference, only cancellation and requesting refund, which I also did as I was not going to use this company ever again after this experience! I've been buying 1000's of Euros/Pounds worth of tyres online so they lost valuable customer over extra 6 Eur that they were attempting to swindle out of me! I've been buying from Oponeo for example, never an issue! Pneus Online, good buy, find some other fools but not me!

Easy to choose tyres of my liking, wast amount of choice, competitive prices, fast delivery to the door or fitment shop. 5/5.

Had to ring these guys on a Monday morning. Honestly very professional and honest. The boss on the phone was very nice and friendly but more than that he was extremely helpful. Gave me an approximate time and was there before that. The tyre fitter Thomas, was absolutely fantastic. Overall and fast and reliable service. I’d highly recommend these guys.

Ordered two tires, one was delivered a few days after the first bu I had to phone customer service, they sorted it out without any issues. Good all-round service and great prices.

Order 2025/PT-5330228 placed on 08/06/2025 consists of 8 tires:

- West Lake Z 107 205/55 R16 91 V: Delivery within 24 to 72 hours
- Bridgestone Turanza T005 225/45 R17 94 Y: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days

The problem was with West Lake. At first, only 2 tires arrived.

After complaining, another tire arrived.

After complaining, no more tires arrived, and it's almost a month since the order date.

And during this time, they go days without responding to emails or WhatsApp messages (the only forms of communication).

I'm the one who has to call the repair shop to find out if they received the tires or not.

They even asked me to print and collect a signature and stamp from the repair shop acknowledging that only one tire had arrived. Something I did on August 14, 2025.

They say the trucking company lost the tire. But then they found it. They were supposed to deliver the tire, but so far no tire has arrived at the shop.

I'm without the tire, without the money, and with wasted time and fuel in this odyssey that has lasted almost a month.

RUN AWAY!

Update: After this complaint, they refunded the money for the remaining tire. So, I'm left with three tires and money for one more.

Ill order tyres. Company never send them to me. After 4 weeks. Still have no tyres. And no money from refund. They not replying emails and any messages.

I buy a lot of tyres being a driving instructor. So much better than Tyreleader who deliver the wrong tyres and then take months to remedy the problem. Cheaper than Asda. Quick and correct delivery. This is my go-to supplier now.
