The amount they will share on the website is different what they will ask you for finally. They will take booking money in advance and they give you a final invoice of double the amount they show on website and will not return the booking money when you cancel the order

Worst service ever, they just answer the phone and say its in transit.
They promised 6-9 working days for my parcel to receive in latvia.
There are two boxes of mine and first one is still in delhi (7 working days over) and the second box is not even in the ubt site at delhi and its still transitioning and getting to delhi itseems.
Super disappointed and these guys have no value over words and others time are just shit to them.

Worst experience ever not gonna lie.paid huge amount only for my shipping to be delayed meanwhile I clearly stated it was urgent!!! And I paid a sum(16500inr)
They also lied my parcel weight was 8 Kg but they lied was only 6.2 KG

Very bad service - charged me to collect a parcel and then a week later told me they couldnt send it - then charged me to return the parcel to me. I suggest not using this company. I paid them $257 usd and the only returned $230 and wasted 3 weeks of my time

The worst courier service. Please do not use this service. I booked courier service for 5 - 8 days delivery with Air transfer from India to KSA. However my courier pickup was delayed by 1 day and also transferred by road to Delhi office. On 9th day after pickup my courier was at Delhi warehouse. The customer service is pathetic. Don't use this service ever..

I remember well the very first time I used these services to get some goods.
At that moment, I was not entirely sure that they could delivered (there were several reasons)
Therefore, I first read all negative reviews and tried to understand services provided by thiss company, which made me think twice, since I have no other choice due to the urgency.
You know, I decided to take a chance!

Trust me, the process was very easy, and moreover, their consultant helped with all questions asked. I can say that in the end I am very glad that received those goods on choosen days.

All this afected that I also made the following orders here too
I contacted them to send an urgent medical package. They offered me several options.
I chose pickup. Everything went smoothly, was a slight delay due to customs, but it's okay and I was ready for it

By the way, represetnatives of the company I contacted were very patient and assured me that packge would arrive on time.

UBT Express amazed me when I was to Delhi!
Fast courier service is always a pleasure when you need to send something very quickly, without delays, like in the shortest times as possible.
It's not about heavy parcels, I mean, my request was just about sending some documents abroad and they have done everything perfectly, and I am very thankful to them for this!
Besides, they provide free insurance meaning that you can send parcels with a peace of mind knowing that everything is going to be ok.

My parcel was got picked up from my source address from India on 21 Oct 2024.
Today is 06 Nov 2024 - 16 th day from date of pickup has been done and still I have not received my parcel. And there is no exact tracking available where my parcel exactly is. Team I am contacting on whatsapp is also very bad there is no professional way of talking.
I am not expecting such a worst service from Courier service like DHL.
Please try to deliver and my parcel at earliest today or tomorrow only otherwise give my money back.

They are quite a reliable service. My medicines got collected from India and got delivered to the UK well packed
all within 6 days.

Had a terrible experience with UBT pro courier service. I had to call regularly for the update about my parcel which was sent from kerala to the UK as i could not find any information in the tracking section on the website. They speedup the process when i put a negative review and requested to delete my review. Im putting it again because I got the parcel with some items missing and they didnt let me know that they took some items out. I made sure that there were no items in the package which is on prohibited item lists. They haven’t responded even after weeks. Further more they charged me for 3 kilos which was actually 2.3 kg including the package box.

Initially I was a little skeptical about them but they surpassed my expectations. Seamless process they even procured the meds for me ( prescription meds) and they reached me in Canada way before I expected. Truly a life saver. Will definitely use their service again.

Very good hospitality and service. Medicines were collected from bangalore and shipped to us. All the medicines came to us within a week. It was lot of medicines.
