Worst service I've had

Worst service I've had. Poor feed back. Incomplete feedback. Lack of understanding of the problem. Tickets get closed and no feedback, when you check and the work has not been done. Paid for a service and still have no access. I've instructions of where to access the service, on 4 mails still not getting feedback. I am now hesitant to transfer the domain to another Host because it has to be done by them and I don't feel it will be done right. I Will change provider as fast as I can.

I got charged twice and I still did not…

I got charged twice and I still did not get the domain. It’s been days now and I’ve had no reply. Tried sending an email to the support team but their email wasn’t not working.

They basically took my money

Thanks for leaving a review. We have checked our records and can confirm the domain was registered on the same day of you registering the domain. This is within the 24 hours for co.zw domains as they are processed manually by the registry.

The service is par excellence

I registered my domain name without any problem. UHostAfrica was very helpful. Everything was easy and seamless. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was excellent. I recommend uHostAfrica without reservation.

I paid for a domain and did not receive

I paid for a domain and the domain was not delivered. I got errors but the company already took the money from my account. I still haven't received a reversal of my funds. This was a week ago and I am still waiting.
